This villa on top of the mountain of the Torón Reserve in Mazunte overlook the coast of Oaxaca about 60 km from Huatulco and 65 km from Puerto Escondido. Mazunte is home to beautiful beaches with golden sand and turquoise water and is an excellent place for lovers of surfing with its giant waves.

The Torón Reserve has the distinction of being one of the best ecological areas for the quality of its waters, environmental management, security, environmental education efforts, and for the protection of the flora and fauna of that area.

This mountaintop villa Casa Guayacan is nestled in nature on Oaxaca’s Pacific Ocean coast, about 60 km from Huatulco and 65 km from Puerto Escondido. This seaside coastal villa will become part of an experience of a lifetime featuring 11,840 sq ft | 1,100 sqm of multi-level living space on 60,000 sqm | 15 acres of property.

The house was designed using sustainably-sourced materials and high-end wood to create unique homes that are truly one with their surroundings. Lots of open living spaces and comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy out-of-this-world views and sea breezes.

On the TOP FLOOR you’ll find:
- A nature-infused living room and a perfect place to relax with a nice breeze or nap in the hammock during downtime from daily activities and the beach.
- A stunning oceanview infinity pool on the deck. The pool deck lounges are a great place to enjoy relaxing, chill moments together. They’re a wonderful place to enjoy views and breezes, a sunset, or stargazing at night.

On the GROUND FLOOR you’ll find:
- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 7 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Double/full bed and 1 single/twin sofa bed

The nearest airport to Mazunte is Huatulco (HUX) Airport, 48.8 km away. The other nearby airport is Puerto Escondido (PXM), which is 76 km away. Transportation by rental car or taxi is the best. If you need help, don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you!

Casa Guayacan, Reserva El Torón is 20 minutes from town.
The access is not easy in case you dont have car. The day you arrive someone of the staff is going to contact you to go up to the house.

Daily basic housekeeping service is included.

WiFi, TVs, bed linens, beach and bath towels, beach essentials & beach chairs are provided free during your stay. There’s also free parking on premises for 8 vehicles.

Some bath essentials are provided in each villa like toilet paper, soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner. These items are not replenished, however. When you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
