Tried multiple times to get the air conditioner working. Staff was responsive but never managed to get it working properly. Fortunately it was cool enough outside that we could get the room cooled off by opening the window. Glad it was April and not August!

Everything’s within walking distance, and the charm, the winding streets, the music in the air… it all feels like a beautiful dream. This morning, we took a special guided tour offered by the hotel, and it was something else. The building itself holds over 7,000 years of history, and the way they’ve preserved its spirit is just incredible. We spent over an hour being swept up in the stories and layers of time that live within these walls.

Directions and signage was not there. Took us like 15mins once the taxi dropped off to find the place. Once we got it, it was amazing. We had an amazing time so don’t want that 15mins to blur our great experience with the hotel and Lisbona ❤️

Sound proofing could have been better, lots of hallway noise and some sound through the walls from neighbouring rooms. Beds were comfortable enough but the room was small and had a strong smell ..."
