"A little gem that we found when visiting Santa Maria. Nice hotel, clean and a great friendly staff. The hotel has nice bar with a continental breakfast. Orcutt is a nice little town. You can walk to 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Orcutt is also close to numerous wineries. Going back in a couple of weeks. "

"The property grounds were very beautiful with a nice restaurant on site. They have a pool but it was closed during our stay. Our room was spacious with a wonderful large walk-in shower. Complimentary snacks, water, tea, and coffee were available in the room. The down side is the rooms are not noise proof. The guests next to us were loud and continued their conversations until after 2:00 AM! Very frustrating because check-out time is at 11:00Am. Also, there is a highway nearby, so if you prefer...

"Wonderful stay just a block from the ocean. All bedrooms are upstairs so you’ll get a workout but who wants to spend time walking upstairs when you’re so close to the beach you can walk on the sand. All appliances worked perfectly and home was equipped with everything you needed, except for a rice cooker, lol. Outdoor shared BBQ was a great addition. Second story small patio had a table and chairs for fresh outdoor air! "
