"In the middle of goat farm with noisy working dogs, millions of flies and farm staff living on site using one of our bathrooms. Poorly maintained and unsafe with antiquated electrics and kitchen equipment. No drinking water. We had to leave ASAP and pay for alternative accommodation. Correspondence with novasol resulted in only a 20% compensation offer so have now lodged complaint with abta"

"Mon séjour été pas top du tout la maison n'était pas nettoyer manque de propreté lit inconfortable je suis très déçu. Les voisins leurs chien aboyer toute la nuit c'était impossible de dormir correctement, beaucoup de choses a été remplacer et mis photo non conforme a la réalité, de plus une caution de 300€ qui ne vaut pas le coût car tout été pratiquement abîmé,des poils partout ... le seul chose de positif c´est que la piscine est très grande."
