O P1 Hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, espaçoso e confortável. Uma muito boa opção em região de fácil acesso em Santa Maria. O café da manhã surpreendeu muito positivamente e as vistas são ótimas, assim como o atendimento. A estrutura do hotel é simples, honesta. Ideal para períodos curtos e em dias de semana, na minha percepção. Uma vantagem que possuem é um "mini-mercado" no lobby, o que facilita bastante o acesso a snacks e bebidas.
