"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"

"Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. "Positively beautiful views of the lake. You can not be fearful of driving very narrow and switchback roads to be rewarded by the view after.
