Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Santa Margherita Ligure
Wir waren dieses Jahr im Juli zu zweit mit unserer Hündin in der Unterkunft und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und das im unteren Stockwerk gelegene Schlafzimmer sorgt in Kombination mit einem nutzbaren Ventilator für angenehm kühle Nächte bei den warmen Temperaturen. Ein Tipp von uns: Schließt nachts die Fenster, um nicht ganz den Mücken ausgeliefert zu sein. Das „Herzstück“ der Unterkunft sind die beiden Terrassen und der wunderbare Ausblick auf die Bucht von Santa Margherita. Zudem bietet die Ferienwohnung einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren, zum Beispiel nach Portofino, San Fruttuoso oder Camogli. Seid etwas achtsam wegen der Wildschweine vor Ort. Unsere Hündin blieb aus diesem Grund stets an der Leine. Auch der Kontakt mit Stephane war wirklich super. Er hat immer schnell und unkompliziert geholfen, und auch vor Ort gibt es mehrere Ansprechpersonen. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich toller Italien-Urlaub

Sehr schöne Location!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Lage und der Blick auf die Bucht von St. Marghareta sind genial. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr minimalistisch, was eigentlich ok war, jedoch sollten einige Gebrauchsgegenstände in nächster Zeit erneuert werden. Die beiden Gaststätten in Lorenzo della Coste sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

nettes Häuschen, gute Lage, super Aussicht
Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre Lage am Hang mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Bucht! Jeden Morgen ein Sonnenaufgang über den Bergen von Ostligurien. Ein kleines Häuschen mit drei Terrassen nach unterschiedlichen Seiten ganz ruhig gelegen in einem Garten am Hang. Wir waren 2 Wochen (September/Oktober) in San Lorenzo della Costa. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Es gibt genügend Terrassenmöbel vorne wie hinterm Haus. Das Häuschen ist einfach aber ausreichend eingerichtet. in der Küche ist wirklich genügend Geschirr und Besteck, die Einrichtung im Haus ist schlicht. Parkmöglichkeit an der schmalen Straße, kein Problem. der Fußweg ins Dorf dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Nach Santa Margherita oder Rapallo kann man stündlich ganz einfach mit dem Bus kommen.

Tolles kleines Häuschen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Wohnung ist auch mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen, vorausgesetzt man ist gut zu Fuß (15min zur Bushaltestelle).

Aux portes du paradis !
Au calme (hormis les chiens du voisinage qui n'arrêtaient pas d'aboyer !), avec une vue splendide, en plein coeur de nature, très bien situé pour rayonner dans les environs. À noter : climat humide; pas de rideaux occultants (persiennes à l'italienne 😉). Nous avons apprécié la situation, la literie plutôt confortable, les terrasses, l'accueil de la voisine Bruna et la disponibilité du propriétaire. On s'est régalés !

Ruhiges Häuschen in den Hügeln
Nettes Haus für erholsamen Urlaub fernab des Trubels. Minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schöne Terrasse und wunderbare Aussicht auf die Bucht von Santa Margherita. Der Zugang ist etwas beschwerlich, ca. 200 m Fußweg mit Treppen. Nette Betreuung durch die Nachbarin. Wir haben es genossen ☺️

Tolles kleines Haus, etwas Abseits für Ruhe und Erholung
Das Haus hat zwei Ebenen. Jetzt im April war es noch sehr kalt, und wir haben nur die obere Ebene, in der ein Holzofen und eine Bettcouch steht genutzt. Wenn es wärmer wird ist es im unteren Teil, dem Schlafzimmer, bestimmt angenehm kühl. Wir sind mit Hund gefahren, das war auch kein Problem. Nur die abendliche Gassi-Runde sollte man vor der Dämmerung machen; sonst sind die Wildschweine zu aufdringlich. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht, aber, wie beschrieben, kein WLAN. Aber man hat ja Urlaub und deshalb kann man gut mal darauf verzichten und ein Buch lesen. Die Küch und auch die Gartenmöbel sind schon ein wenig alt und könnten mal erneuert werden. Wir würden sagen - jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer von allen Zimmern und der Terrasse aus; perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht; sehr sauber; leicht feucht im Herbst, wegen höherer Luftfeuchtigkeit in dieser Höhe; Zugang über mehrere Treppen von der Straße aus. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund September 2022 1 Woche in San Lorenzo. Die Zeit haben wir sehr genossen. - Ruhige Lage - Traumhafter Meeresblick - Die Wanderwege für Naturpark Portofino beginnen vor der Haustür - Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß - Freie Parkplätze zu finden sind in ganz Ligurien ein Problem - Mückenschutz mitnehmen

Ruhig Lage mit zwei schönen Terrassen und toller Aussicht
Das Objekt ist mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub und zum Wandern im Park von Portofino gut geeignet . Zwei schöne Terrassen laden morgens zum Frühstück und Abends für ein gemütliches ausklingen des Tages ein. Wir haben hier einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und die Ruhe und Aussicht genossen .
