Apartment inside a historic building, located in the second row of the port of Santa Margherita, a few steps from the promenade and the beaches.

The apartment, which is located on the second floor with an elevator, opens onto a corridor that gives access to the many rooms it offers. At the end of it, there is the large living room furnished with a dining table, two comfortable sofas and a small balcony. The kitchen is independent and fitted with everything guests may need including an oven, a dishwasher and a toaster. Next to it, there is also a small bathroom with a bathtub.
In front of the entrance there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a wardrobe, followed on the right by the second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower. An additional bedroom with a queen size bed and a wardrobe completes the apartment.

*At guests' disposal there is a very large private garage inside a parking silos 900 meters away from the property.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.
Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.

Brilliant position in a wonderful town
Could use a bit of renewal. Bathrooms were old and basic. Shower was ok but bath and hand shower I. Second bathroom were inadequate. Otherwise was good. Would have likes a tumble dryer as clothes didn’t dry in the humidity. Also a bit noisy. Loooooved Santa Marguerite and was in perfect position.

2nd Stay
This is the second time we stayed in this apartment. The apartment is centrally located next to many shops and restaurants and is just one block away from the harbor. It is very walkable to the train station in Santa Margherita. There is also a parking garage available, should you have a car. There is a lift for those who have issues with stairs. Checking in and out is very easy. Monica, our contact person is wonderful! The apartment is clean and spacious. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Spacious appartment in the heart of Sta. Margherita
We were a family of 6 travelling through the Italian Riviera. Great, spacious and clean appartment in the heart of Sta. Margherita Ligure. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Building has an elevator which helps with the luggage and the appartment offered parking. Parking is a bit far from the appartment but you'll likely not use it much anyways. If you're good with a longer walk, you can get all the way to Portofino from the appartment. I recommend it for the breathtaking views along the coast. Only downside is that the appartment does not offer AC but has plenty of fans to help manage the August summer heat. Highly recommend the property!

As advertised
The apartment is just one block off the main road and is easy access to walking everywhere. We came by train and did not rent a car however, there is a garage to park in if you are driving. The apartment is in a neighborhood and is surrounded by other apartments. If you are someone that has an issue with outside noise, this might not be ideal for you. The street where the apartment is located can get noisy with traffic. I just considered it part if the experience. Correspondence with the property management was effortless. Monica was there to greet us when we arrived and check us out when we left. Any questions we had throughout our stay, she was available to answers. We would definitely consider renting this property again.
