Have to talk to three people to get an answer to most questions. Nice SPA. Would be fine if they didn't have the prices of a high end 5 star resort while providing a 4 star experience. Lots of kids around."

"Siamo stati ospiti del villaggio più volte, devo dire che quest’anno le aspettative sono state più deludenti. Ad agosto il villaggio è molto affollato e l’attenzione del personale per gli ospiti è piuttosto distratta. Il Pineta che dovrebbe garantire un servizio a 5 stelle ci ha delusi, non c’erano ne accappatoi ne ciabatte in camera in dotazione. Su richiesta (sollecitata due volte) abbiamo ricevuto solo le ciabatte. Neanche un accappatoio in un hotel 5 stelle non si è mai visto. Nemmeno una...
