Located in the urbanisation of Son Bauló (Can Picafort), this modern and beautiful chalet, with private pool and only 600 metres away from the sea, offers a second home for no less than 12 people.
The exterior area of this fantastic chalet is fascinating. Just when you enter, you find a beautiful gardened corner around the lovely terrace, with is perfectly furnished to enjoy a tea or a coffee in the morning. Round the house, you get to the back terrace where the wonderful chlorine pool awaits for you. It sizes 8 x 4.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres. The 12 sun loungers around the pool invite to bask in the sun after the refreshing dip, and the charcoal grill will be your best ally for a long evening with your family or friends. Then, you find two comfortable sofas outdoors where you can relax, as well as an exterior bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

The house offers a modern and even luxurious style along its two floors. When you enter, the spacious hall leads you to the living room where you can spend time together, chat, enjoy some rest or watch the TV with satellite channels while you cool down with the air-conditioning. Behind a large sliding door you get to the dreamy kitchen, with lots of cabinets, a great island with a ceramic hob and stools, open to the dining and with direct access to the pool through a large window. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The house features 6 bedrooms with two twin beds each of them as well as air-conditioning, satellite TV and a wardrobe. One of the rooms is downstairs where you will also find a shower bathroom for the rest of the floor. The other 5 bedrooms are on the first floor and four of them come with an en-suite shower bathroom and access to a beautiful furnished balcony. The last bedroom presents an en-suite bathroom with a tub and has no balcony. If you are travelling with babies, we can provide 2 cots and 2 highchairs.

Son Bauló is a nice and quiet urbanisation within Can Picafort, with a great atmosphere during the summer season. Then, if you are looking for a place by the beach which is full of life, this is it. The beach is only 600 metres away, so it is perfect to enjoy a day in the sun and the sand and you can end the day enjoying a refreshing drink in front of the sea. Can Picafort, only 1 km away, offers even more services and beaches of crystalline waters.

The owner will give you an ensaimada (the most typical sweet of Mallorca), a bottle of wine and an assortment of drinks (juice, milk, beer).
A bicycle storage room is available at the property upon request.

Absolutely lovely stay in Can Picafort. Villa was gorgeous and close to bars, resturants and thw beach. The villa pool was perfect size and we had loads of room for everyone. The hosts were attentive and so freindly. I cant recommend the highly enough.

Fantastic instructions easy check in. Place was fantastic and spotless. You can walk to the beach and harbour area easily we hired a car so we could explore alcudia and surrounding areas we visited palma nova which was only an hours drive. 3 families stayed with 4 children who loved the pool! Would highly recommend and would love to re book for next year.

Lovely property in a good location
Lovely property in a good location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Great communal spaces. Lovely pool and surrounding outdoor area, unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough for us to take advantage of it. We had a couple of issues with one of the bathrooms but the agent communicated well and responded to us quickly, and whilst the problem couldn’t be resolved whilst we were there it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property. Would definitely recommend for a large group trip.

Overall very good experience
Overall very good experience. Good communication and easy check in and check out. Property was missing some necessary items (for example, wine opener was broken!), could use new sheets and mattress pads for some of the beds and maintenance of some of the shower heads. Would have been nice to check in at 15.00 (16.00 is very late considering check out is at 10!). You should have a guest book with information about the good restaurants, shopping, massage therapists, hiking trails, etc.

Villa Diagonal in Can Picafort Wunderschöne Finca, zentral gelegen mit schönem Außenbereich und großem Pool. Sie liegt nur ca. 400 m von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants/Bars, Strand Son Baulo entfernt. Alles ganz einfach fußläufig zu erreichen. Man braucht kein Auto! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet: 6 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad u. Balkon (außer 1 im OG u. 1 im EG), großer Wohn-/Essbereich mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche. Riesige Terrase mit div. Sitzmöglichkeiten, schönem Pool, bequemen Liegen - alles für 12 Personen. Handtücher und Pooltücher sind vorhanden. Buchung und Kontakt vort Ort komplikationslos. Jederzeit wieder!

La casa es preciosa! Que cada habitación tenga su baño es una ventaja. Había toallas tanto para la piscina como de baño. El detalle de dejar una ensaimada y botella estuvo muy bien. Además dejan de otros anfitriones las cosas no perecederas que les sobran como velas anti mosquitos, especies, agua, esponjas, jabón, etc. Lo cual si estas una estancia corta evita que compres cosas a las que darás un solo uso. Los detalles están cuidados, hay mantas en el salón, unas cartas, puzzles, unos dados, hasta una bicicleta! Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de la hora prevista al estar la casa disponible, el trato ha sido muy bueno, las instrucciones súper claras en todo momento! La zona de piscina es muy bonita y resguardada de la vista de los vecinos, con lo cual esta fabulosa! Las únicas dos pegas que podría poner son que es una pena que para una casa tan chula, la calidad del mobiliario no esté al nivel de la casa y el otro que solamente existan canales de televisión en alemán

Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es hat alles geklappt sowohl mit dem Einchecken sowie beim auschecken. Wir durften sogar unsere Koffer schon um 10.00 Uhr unterstellen obwohl der Check In erst um 16.00 Uhr gewesen ist. Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es gab lediglich leichte Abnutzungsspuren am Fußboden. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben waren Eierbecher. Aber ansonsten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur war top. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wäschetrockner. Das wurde umgehend gelöst.

I liked: Enkelt att checka in och ut. Snabb och enkel kommunikation med värden. Stort fint hus med många sovrum. Alla rum hade anslutande badrum. Sköna sängar och AC i varje rum. Stort och rymligt kök. Bra uteplats med matplats samt pool och poolsängar. Badrum och tvättstuga, med både tvättmaskin och torktumlare, i anslutning till poolen. Lugnt och trevligt bostadsområde. Gångavstånd till strand, butiker och restauranger. Nära till busshållplats så man enkelt kunde åka till Alcudía eller hoppa av vid någon av de fina stränderna längs vägen. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende. I did not like: Det hade varit bra med en liten gästbok där de kan tipsa om restauranger, mataffärer, bussar, stränder med mera.

Das Haus war leider schon sehr abgewohnt, die Küche sehr mangelhaft ausgestattet, Kühlschrank defekt, Backofen sehr abgenutzt. Bäder stark beansprucht, bei Nutzung der Dusche stand anschließend der Boden unter Wasser. Ablaufrinne auf der Terrasse war defekt, Metallteile waren gebrochen, Verletzungsgefahr bestand. Abendlicher Besuch von Kakerlaken auf der Terrasse, 5-6 Kakerlaken verirrten sich auch in die Schlafräume.

Dejligt hus, med fantastisk planlæsning og god belligenhed
Huset er meget velfungerende indrettet, og det er en luksus med badeværelse til hvert enkelt soveværelse. Vi var en familie på 10 bestående af 3 generationer og nød de gode muligheder for at spise sammen både inde og ude og hygge i den store sofa. Faciliteterne havde alt hvad vi havde brug for, skabe, køkken og badeværelser fremstår dog slidte.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront apartment. It was as beautiful as advertised, right on the beach, very clean, and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. There were plenty of towels and we were even surprised to find fresh fruit, coffee, and wine in the home when we arrived. We were slightly confused where to park, and which apartment exactly we were going to but the owner was very helpful in answering our questions quickly. I was a little worried because there are not a ton of reviews, but all previous reviews had been positive so we decided to book this place and we were not disappointed! It was one of the nicest airbnbs I have stayed in and I would stay here again next time we are in Mallorca.
