This stunning home offers spectacular ocean views, a sparkling pool, charming terraces and a private setting assured for all. With capacity for 10 people, this three-story property guarantees comfort and space for everyone.

Ground Floor: Start your day in the spacious kitchen equipped with a table for 10 people, perfect for lively breakfasts and shared dinners. The adjacent living room has a comfortable sofa and TV, as well as access to a terrace where you can organize unforgettable barbecues. On this floor, you will find two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with a shower.

First Floor: Relax in the bright living room with another cozy sofa and TV, or enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony with sea views. Two additional double bedrooms and another full bathroom with shower complete this floor.

Second Floor: At the top of the house, you will discover an elegant living room with another sofa and TV, along with the master bedroom, which has a luxurious en-suite bathroom and access to a huge terrace with stunning sea views.

The house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning to guarantee your comfort in any season of the year.

In the back area of ​​the house, you will find the jewel of the property: a refreshing 5x2 meter pool, a shower with hot water and 10 sun loungers to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.

In addition, for the little ones, the property has a playground where they can have fun and two bicycles to explore the surroundings and enjoy walks by the sea.

Located in the quiet area of ​​Son Serra de Marina, in the north of the island, this house is close to hiking trails that lead to places such as Can Picafort and Colonia de Sant Pere. Just 300 meters from the port and 400 meters from the beach, you will have easy access to the natural beauty of the region.

For your comfort, we can provide a baby bed and high chair if required.

IKEA quality
Not quality but basic and serviceable. The hot water was insufficient for seven people but the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware. It was odd that one needed a key to either exit or enter the front gate - which made it hard to allow groups to go and come at different times. The location was good near the shore and parking was easy on the street. We put up with the inconveniences but otherwise it worked.
Stayed 3 nights in Feb 2022
