Obelisc-3 is located on the ground floor of a building located on a quiet street, 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the center of Can Picafort. It is also around 400m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next there is a gym. It is part of a set of 4 apartments in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups, while providing proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several. It is a modern and functional apartment for 6 people, with a careful, cheerful, and summery decoration. Comprising 3 double bedrooms (one of them with air conditioning) with 2 single beds each, 1 bathroom with a shower and another one with a bath, a living room with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully renovated and has all the items and appliances to help you during your stay, and a laundry.In Obelisc-3 you also have a Wi-Fi connection and an enclosed parking garage for bicycles and motorcycles. The sunny terrace on the street, and from which peep the sea, is perfect as a solarium or for pleasant summer evenings. With garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Highly recommended for a fun-filled holiday with friends or family.

Area
Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE ( Foundation for Environmental Education ) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all amenities. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, sports, etc... and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move. From the village, you can reach any point on the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is a few miles cycling, like the Parc of the public estate of Son Real (a unique natural landscape riddled with archaeological sites), which is accessible along the coast, walking, cycling or horse riding. A bus line connects Can Picafort to Puerto Alcudia, the Roman walled town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital. Sehr sauberer Eindruck, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Bis auf die etwas kleinen Pfannen und den komischen Geruch im Badezimmer war es eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, vielen Dank! Würden wieder kommen :)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und darauf bedacht dass man sich Wohl fühlt! Die Dachterrasse ist ebenfalls sehr einladend und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
