It is located on the second floor of a building located on a quiet street 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the centre of Can Picafort. It is also around 400m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next there is a gym. It is part of a set of 5 apartments in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups while providing proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several. It is a functional apartment for 4/5 people. It has 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 full bathroom and a living room with satellite TV and DVD. Kitchen with utensils and appliances needed to help in the work during your stay, as well as the laundry. In Obelisc-5 you also have a wifi connection and an enclosed parking garage for bikes and motorbikes. A sunny terrace on the street and outdoor furniture is perfect for sunbathing and for pleasant summer evenings. Highly recommended for a fun holiday with family.

Area
Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE ( Foundation for Environmental Education ) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all amenities. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, sports, etc... and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move. From the village, you can reach any point on the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is a few miles cycling, like the Parc of the public estate of Son Real (a unique natural landscape riddled with archaeological sites), which is accessible along the coast, walking, cycling or horse riding. A bus line connects Can Picafort to Puerto Alcudia, the Roman walled town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital. Sehr schöne und funktionale Wohnung für ein Kurzurlaub zu zweit!
Diese kleine, saubere und funktional eingerichtete Wohnung hat alles, was man zu zweit für einen Kurzurlaub braucht: Der Vermieter hat sogar an Seife, Spültabs, Müllbeutel, Gewürze etc gedacht! Wir haben uns über die warme Bettwäsche nach deutscher Art gefreut, da es im Februar nachts noch recht frisch war. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Man kann lange, ruhige Spaziergänge entlang der Küste machen, ist zugleich aber in 5 Minuten am Mercadona.

Des équipements annoncés n'étaient pas présents malgré une demande spécifique de notre part : mobilier de terrasse. L'annonce évoquait un garage que nous n'avons pas vu. Le vent passait à travers les huisseries, et le seul chauffage présent pour tout l'appartement était parfois insuffisant. La liaison wifi était très aléatoire et la tv ne recevait que les chaines allemandes et locales. Appartement à éviter hors des périodes estivales
