"This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Italy. The apartment is clean, beautifully simplistic and functional, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and communicating with the staff was easy and enjoyable. Location is excellent: short walk to the coliseum, historic centre, Juliet's house etc. Restaurants are a short walk away, as is shopping. We had a car and were given free parking on the property. Apartment also had a washing machine, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend...

"The property itself was absolutely lovely. Very quaint with wonderful views of the ancient city. Inside the apartment was very clean, had everything we needed as a family with 2 children. "Property was fantastic. Everything felt super clean and almost brand new. Apartment is very large. Check in was clear and easy. On site parking is a big plus. From this location you are 2 min walk from all the main shops and restaurants in the heart of Bardolino. Right next to a park so if you have small children like we did this is also a huge benefit. If we are ever on lake Garda again we would definitely rebook this place and stay in Bardolino."

I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"Met the host at Verona airport and driven to accomadation. On the way host was pointing out places of interest, though a communications inbalce as we didnt speak German or Dutch. We got by At the property we meet Anna the hosts wife where both my partner and her manage the language barrier through speaking french. Hotel reception (at Hotel Mastino) were very helpful in terms of guiding us to our destinations. "Appartment well presented. However, the publicity did make us think that the patio area/ balcony faced the swimming pool and lake. On reading the print it did say it faced the mountains - but omitted to comment that you mainly looked onto a car park and other appartments/ accommodation. Somewhat annoying that there is allocated parking available (underground) which we were shown by the local representative/ contact - but we were unable to use. Instead we had to pay Euro7.20 a day to park...
