"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. "Absolutely beautiful building. We enjoyed the ambience and swing-jazz music playing softly in the glass-ceilinged courtyard. We appreciated having two armchairs and a coffee table. It is a shame that the housekeeping team were unable to remove or mask the unpleasant smell in our room. It seemed to come from the basin in the bathroom but permeated into the bedroom. "

"Mostly a great place for an overnight stay. The only criticism is the efficiency of service in the restaurant needs to be vastly improved overall. After being given the bread shortly after being seated, which was lovely, we waited over an hour to be be served what we ordered and the whole of the evening meal took at least another hour.
