The Lincoln 304, is a fully furnished, “Hospitality Suite” vacation rental, proudly presented by AdobeStar Properties and located in the brand-new Lincoln Square High Rise of Santa Fe, NM. Relax as our guests and rest assured, here at The Lincoln, you are as “Downtown Luxury, and Santa Fe Style”, as you can get. The Lincoln 304, provides the quiet and convenience of a fully furnished hospitality/hotel style high rise loft yet it is situated less than one block to the Santa Fe Plaza. Just steps outside the door of your own private residence is where you will visit the 400-year-old historic sites, do some friendly bartering for authentic Native American turquoise under the portal of the Palace of Governors, be inspired by the sheer breadth of art and culture, and delight in the finest southwestern cuisine the, “City Different”, has to offer.

Efficient, quaint, and cozy are the words that come to mind in this contemporary unit. Perfect for families or couples that are vacationing with you as the 304 suite adjoins with its neighboring big brother, The Lincoln 303 which is a larger 1 bedroom. Possibly you would round out your entire stay by reserving the entire 3rd floor with 302, 303, and 304.  

Featuring an efficient King size bed and open living space; stainless steel appointed European style kitchen with a small hotel size stainless refrigerator, coffee and ice maker, deep stainless sink, a comfy set of chairs similar to a hotel room layout. High ceilings, hardwood floors, air conditioning, designer cabinetry, granite countertops, custom bathroom tile, coffee pot, ensuite walk-in bathroom/shower with separated water closet are just a few of the amenities in store for you at The Lincoln 304.

Experience a totally new concept in approximately 400 square feet of “Downtown Luxury, Santa Fe Style”.

One parking spot in the lot adjacent to the Lincoln Building is included with your reservation. It is a private off-street lot and you will receive a parking pass for entry and exit. The lot cannot accomodate over sized vehicles.

This is a great property, very clean, very close to everything, very safe, very easy to get in and out of, great access to restaurants, Dolima the greatest bakery ever, the O'Keefe. Only thing missing was a window, but didn't really matter, everything else was great.

Affordable luxury stay in heart of Santa Fe
Our first time in Santa Fe we searched online to find something reasonably priced close to the Plaza, the central area of old town. We found this listing on VRBO and were thrilled with the feedback from previous guests. Having arrived on a noisy cinco de mayo we were thrilled with this choice of a quiet, comfortable and luxurious place to stay for the week. The parking was important and we drove down from Canada to stay. The private parking lot is at the back of the building and only a 1 minute walk to the front door of building. Our check in email came with codes for doors and worked seamlessly. There was a rolling luggage cart in the lobby, very handy for bringing up all our gear. The elevator and stairs are handy for accessing third floor. Our room was warmly lit and luxurious. Big comfy king bed, luxurious linens and pillows and big fluffy towels in bathroom. Great shower, nice toiletries, and good hairdryer. There is a good sized bar refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, and sink. All the utensils and kitchen dishes you would need. Nice little nook table for two and a door that opens to an outside alcove and open air should you need some light from outside. If you want to enjoy coffee on a patio all you need to do is go out to the hallway and take the stairs down one flight and you can access a common area patio with chairs, lingers and table. In the street level block of this building are galleries and stores along with a great little cafe. Highly recommend!

This was a great last minute find to be in the heart of downtown Santa Fe with parking. Easy check-in. A secure building. Hotel-like amenities in the room for not hotel prices. Very nice furnishings. Yes, there’s no windows, but didn’t really notice.

This is our very favorite property for lodging in Santa Fe. You can’t beat the location and the ease of access to the community & plaza. Over the years we have enjoyed the 2 & 3 bedrooms with friends and this time the 1 bedroom for ourselves. We would definitely recommend the location and look forward to our next stay!
