Cute little one bedroom apartment, located in it's own little courtyard and patio, with private entry and well supplied kitchen. Close to everything in the much loved west Alamada area.Close to bus lines, and bike paths.Great sunset hike out the door
The space
Charming, private, light and airy space, with fireplace, kitchen, nice bath with cabinets and Mexican tile. Bedroom has beautiful hand crafted queen bed, and there is a very comfortable 8 inch futon in living area. House is made of Rastra block so it green and comfortable.

The area is private,and self sufficient with a little patio by the door.

There is a flat screen tv with a Roku player and netflix app. The apartment has super high speed internet.

The Perfect Stay
We stayed at this property for 4 nights. Everything was perfect. Yes, PERFECT! Yaling, the property manager, and her husband Jim were super helpful, responsive and care to detail. The location is exactly what we were looking for - a quiet, private and clean place that are also close to the Plaza, restaurants, grocery shopping, and everything. The view from the front of the house was great that we took some awesome sunset photos, even. The little, cozy court where we ate and had morning coffee sometimes was a bonus. The house had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay and don't want to go out to eat for every meal. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and hassle-free.

Lovely Place
What a great, spacious apartment. The artistic touches, such as pretty tiles in the bathroom, large fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed and beautiful surroundings really made it feel like a vacation. Also, it is not far from the Plaza, a few minutes drive. Jim and Yaling were very helpful before we got there, answering all our questions. Thank you! Alison

Little casita is a little gem
Great location to Santa Fe but incredibly peaceful. The host was so gracious. Great privacy but so homey. I loved all the plants the sweet little garden and the warmth of this space. So peaceful at night and morning. Everything was made available for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and the bathroom was well stocked, and there was just enough space for a friend and I to share comfortably. The host was always responsive and unlike some other places didn't ask us to basically clean and prepare for their next arrival (I dislike when there’s a laundry list of to do’s before checking out AND a large cleaning fee). There were luggage racks a large fan the ac worked well. This was a well loved short term rental by my friend and I.

Quiet getaway
I took my wife to Denver to celebrate her birthday. To make the trip more relaxing we decide to stay on Santa Fe. We w picked the perfect place to stay as this Sweet Little Casita was exactly what we needed. 10 minutes away from the Plaza in Santa Fe and quiet with beautiful scenery. Ling was on the scene as we arrived and extremely hospitable, kind and helpful. My wife says that she would definitely stay here again and I agree.

Love Sweet Little Casita!
This was our first VRBO rental and we absolutely loved it!! Plenty of room. Very nice porch that was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. Easy to get to. We also enjoyed not being right in downtown Santa Fe as it was quiet. All of the amenities were great - washer/dryer, parking and so on. The hosts were great and were very communicative. Highly, highly recommend this property and next time we make plans to visit Santa Fe this property will be our first choice for booking a stay.

Cute Casita!!
This is a beautiful location and perfect set up for two people! Super comfy bed with crisp sheets--my favorite! Fluffy towels! I didn't need to cook, but nice kitchen. I was a dodo and didn't realize that the lock was on the actual door handle, haha, but the owner helped me out. We would stay again!

Ling was very helpful before and at our arrival. The location is very quiet, about 10 minutes from down town Santa Fe. A very pleasant place to stay, nicely decorated and many real houseplants throughout the home. Nice full kitchen, bed is very comfortable, shower is nice and hot with good water pressure, things I always appreciate. It was perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Tayling and Jim responded very quickly when I had questions-they were very helpful. The space was clean, quiet and comfortable. It’s nestled on a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood . You have your own private entrance, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and comfortable bedroom. Also a private patio. Inside is bright and cheery all day, as it has many windows and faces south. I will definitely stay again when visiting Santa Fe.
