There is one locked closet inside the house, for our cleaning supplies, and one locked shed beside the house, for our yard tools.
This property abuts the Eldorado greenbelt and Santa Fe Railtrail so you can walk, hike, or mountain bike right from your door. Playgrounds and the outdoor community swimming pool (summer only), tennis courts, basketball/handball courts are all nearby for your enjoyment.
The historic Santa Fe Plaza is a 20-minute drive from our home. The Santa Fe Opera is 25 minutes away, and Ski Santa Fe will take you 45 minutes. Given this, a car is recommended, although there is a city bus that comes to Eldorado on a regular basis and there is a mountain bike trail that connects Eldorado to Santa Fe.
Our neighborhood boasts several restaurants, a few shops, a library, a gas station, hiking/biking trails, and a community center within a few miles of our home.
