Good value basic accommodatio
Nice basic accommodation, friendly helpful staff. Very relaxed
We were actually staying somewhere else before Sunday Flowers and we liked it a lot but the room was a lot smaller, but we had reservations about moving to Sunday Flowers (for no better reason than we liked where we were) however we had a great time at Sunday Flowers, the room was big and clean, breakfast was nice and the staff were great.
The staff are friendly and accomodating. The resort is homey, clean and very close to the beach which i like very much. The only thing i didn't like was that we were already booked online but we were not able to arrive at the resort as scheduled due to weather conditions (boat travel was cancelled due to gail warning by the coast guard). We were booked 3 nights and we get no refund for the 1st night eventhough we were not there. All in all, our stay with the hotel is almost perfect.

Room was fine, met expectations. AC worked fine. Breakfast was good in the small restaurant. Wifi worked fine from restaurant area. Staff helped with all our questions as helped to arrange motorbike.

What a good find!!! Cheap but totally convenient and worth it. Perfect for a group of friends on a budget!
Positives: hotel room was clean, on the beach, good breakfast, AC was nice and wifi worked as well as can be expected on the island. Scooter rental was easy and arranged through reception, staff were very friendly. Hot water/kettle available.
Other thoughts: it was about a 10 min walk to the market, a bit longer if walking along the beach. No fridge in the room. It was a very quiet hotel but for the weekend birthday party of the neighbouring residence with a karaoke party that was extremely loud (and not good). Not the fault of the hotel but made for a sleepless night.
The beach was extremely disappointing due to the amount of accumulated trash due to both stuff washed up by the tide, and general overall apathy to litter. Again, not the fault of the hotel, but good info to have if visiting the island! If you are going anyway this hotel was fine for the price point.

Good stay in simple but simple, quiet small resort
We enjoyed our stay in Sunday flower even no restaurant, but breakfast was O.K our room at second floor, with small terrace, view on ocean was O.K and we were at about 50 meters from beach..
The "resort" is located in a small fishermen village but we enjoyed talking with native people..
Not far from center of Santa Fe... good stay in simple resort.

Simple but good stay at 50 meters of beach
we stayed 2 nights in Sunday flower. Simple but good stay... room not big but enough, terrace, beach at about 50 meters and neighbourhood is a fishermen village.
I have to inform the staff to change our bed dings with the price I paid. They charge us the triple rate. Free coffee was only good for a day. Thin mattress and blankets. Old t v set with few channel. The Veranda was not clean properly.
This is a very good hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, close to a beautiful beach and the Santa Fe market, restaurants and bars. Sunday Flower staff do a lot to make you feel welcome, but the neighborhood is noisy, with loud events like karaoke and wedding parties frequently going on, and the sound does carry across the water. Still at Sunday Flower you can feel you are in the village and close to the people, which I missed later when I stayed at one of the resorts further away from Santa Fe.
The hotel was very basic ...no hot water...poor wi fi connection and buidong work started on hotel buildings as early as 6 am
The beach is very crowded with the local fisherman boats..I counted 63 one say...so it's a bit of a battle to enjoy a swim in the sea by the hotel ...but if you take a 5 minute walk it does improve
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights in October. The hotel is in the heart of Santa Fe close to a few nice places to eat. We hired a scooter at the hotel for only a few pound a day to see the island. The rooms are spacious with a balcony at the front and rear. The rooms back out onto the beach, which is great for long walks. It is not policy to clean rooms every day in Philippines, so just ask them and they are more than happy to clean your room. The hotel offers a laundry service for a few pound. On the whole a great little budget hotel, nice friendly people who speak good English and clean spacious rooms. Bantayan is a great island for escaping the busy lifestyles of back home, you should pay a visit.
We stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel staff really care about the customers. It's a 5 stars staff! The room was really "average", but the place was really clean, with air con and TV. The beach is not a private beach but still, we we're almost alone there most of the time. Beautiful beach with white sand. The breakfast was included in the price of our room. Nothing fancy, but it's a really affordable hotel.
This hotel is in the middle of construction as is most of the island, due to typhoon Yolanda hitting them last November. Our room was very comfortable and our balcony looked out onto the beautiful beach. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We rented a scooter from the hotel which added to the enjoyment of our trip. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone not requiring an upscale resort but are looking for comfort and convenience to the beach and the town restaurants.
Considering the construction going on all around us, due to typhoon Yolanda, this little hotel is on a beautiful beach and the hotel staff were wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. We rented a scooter from the hotel which made our stay even more fun as we explored the entire island. Would recommend this to friends!
