Beautiful Home
We loved the astethic of this house! It oozes charm and character. The rock garden is super cool as is the adobe walls and stone floors. However, the road to the house is horrible. And the house is definitely not disability friendly for those with physical disabilities. It's still a beautiful, peaceful home that I would love to come back to.

Great, unique place - views were amazing!
Loved the house - so quaint, quiet, and comfortable. The sunset views were amazing. I loved being away from town just a bit, away from the hustle and bustle. Great place...and I'll stay there again.

Santa Fe Adobe
This place was remote, yet close to the center of town. The road is jarring an rustic. Take it slowly! The view was gorgeous. The house is full of art, artifacts, and quirky niches. The exterior rock work was amazing. Be careful when walking as it is very uneven. Didn't see any snakes but they could have easily been there with so many rock hiding places. We loved our time there!

Authentic South West with Museum and Gallery Vibes
This Winding Road home was an absolute delight. Its authentic adobe/pueblo style architecture provided a genuine Santa Fe living experience and colourful collections of artefacts, Ingenious textiles, rugs, paintings and other items of whimsy surrounded us indoors and out. Warm, comfortable and inviting the home is nicely equipped although the lack of an oven might pose a deterrent for some. The road in from the highway is bumpy but was not a challenge for our small SUV.

Fabulous casa
We were pleased to have found such a wonderfully interesting homebase to relax and enjoy outside of Santa Fe. The grounds with many different and unique sitting areas were enjoyable to take in the scenery. The casa has everything needed which begged us to not venture out too much. We made a few trips to the Santa Fe square which is only a 15 minute drive. This may have to be a yearly vacation spot for us!!

A foothills retreat
A unique house and property up a winding dirt road. Private, peaceful and relaxing the house is complete, lacking nothing. Not being in the noise and congestion of town was great, and everything Santa Fe has to offer is so close. This is not a place if you want to walk to restaurants and bars, wandering the shops and galleries. It is a relaxing home base for enjoying the variety of Northern New Mexico.

we loved the atmosphere and the amenities. walked around and took pictures of the eclectic pieces of art outside. It was very hot and didn’t realize it did not have air conditioning. our fault for not seeing that in the listing.

Awesome views!
We loved this adorable adobe! We saw something new daily. The art work is amazing. The rock work is exceptional! We saw shooting stars from the back deck at night. The drive up is bumpy but not awful at all. We drove up in a Tahoe with no issues. The house is spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we’re ever near Santa Fe. Also, check out Upper Crust Pizza and Carmelita’s in Eldorado at Santa Fe. The Plaza Cafe is a must for breakfast!

Perfect Adobe Casa to Experience Santa Fe & the Country
This classic Adobe home on a fairly remote hillside just a few miles out of the center of town was a perfect place to be able to enjoy the city of Santa Fe and all it has to offer while being able to also relax and experience the countryside of northern New Mexico. The home is very comfortable while also well appointed with beautiful traditional southwestern decor. The grounds are also an amazing experience that invite you to explore all of the unique settings that have been created through ambitious rock work and landscape planning. Could not have asked for a better property to spend our time in Santa Fe. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience both nature and the sites of Santa Fe.

Casa de las piedras
Charming Pueblo style old fashioned real adobe home, with elaborate stone work and rock terraces with walking paths and sitting areas, gazebos etc surrounding it. Located at base of small but steep mountain, neighbors not visible from home, quiet and isolated. Home is well equipped, comfortable but not fancy, lots of Native American and Southwestern folk art, weaving etc. Kitchen is small but efficient, no large oven but good toaster oven. Adobe keeps home interior temps surprisingly comfortable despite wide range of outdoor temps during our stay (20’s to 70’s). Dirt road off main highway is half a mile, rutted out in places so would not attempt it in anything other than an SUV even in dry conditions. 4WD if wet or winter conditions. This home has a lot of character and we’d totally recommend it for anyone looking for immersion in New Mexico natural beauty in a well preserved old home with a lot of local color and real character.

Relaxing Thanksgiving Week
We really enjoyed staying at this house over Thanksgiving week. It was the perfect spot for our family. Close enough to Santa Fe downtown, Ski Santa Fe and Bandolier National Monument. But away from the busy tourist scene. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio watching the sunset and the stars. The house was very cozy. It was heated and had lots of blankets. It was uniquely decorated and we enjoyed discovering all the details throughout the week. There is even this little hole in the exterior wall (sealed hole) that is like a telescope and you can see a dot of the the sunset from the inside. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay. The road leading to the house was ok for us (we rented a Ford Explorer). It snowed while we were there and the snow was removed from the road very early in the morning. We enjoyed this house and will be back!

Sata Fe Get Away
The house is quick 20 minute drive from downtown. We loved the home’s decor- authentic southwest with beautiful rugs and paintings. The back and side decks provided lots of birds, including a daily dive bombing hummingbird, and the most amazing sunsets. We enjoyed walking around the grounds with the native flowers and cactuses. It was a true immersion in the nature of southwest. Would definitely stay here again.
