Santa Fe and Southwestern-inspired decor fills this inviting space, with modern furnishings and appliances that ensure complete carefree comfort and family-friendly fun. Enjoy sunny afternoons of outdoor leisure in the private back patio featuring a grill and a gas firepit. At-home entertainment features include a bumper pool table and a card table, along with smart TVs in every room. A fireplace and plush sofas set the stage for family gatherings in the living room. The open-concept kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and beautiful counters, including a large eat-in island. Everyday essentials include mounted mini-split air-conditioners in every room, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The primary suite includes a private bathroom outfitted with a luxurious soaking tub.

Amazing!
Fabulous house - looks even better than the photos. Can’t say enough good things. Fabulous location and easily walkable to the plaza. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything about the property is first class. Immaculate and so comfortable. Beautiful furnishings and fabulousy stocked with everything you could ever need. Comfortable family getaway spot
This was the perfect place for two couples and a teenager to spread out, hang out, play board games, and comfortably relax through a week-long stay in wonderful Santa Fe. It was clean and well equipped and spacious, set in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to everything. We’d definitely come back!

Great place, just turn up the heat!
The house was very clean which we appreciated very much, however, it was also was cold. The thermostats were set to 55 degrees. It was baseboard heat. The main living area never got above 64 degrees in the three days we were there, so it always felt chilly.

Really enjoyed this home for a (relatively tame) bachelor party! Spacious, clean, everything worked (except the sink disposal). Great little neighborhood close to the railyard and Whole Foods. Whole town is so small that you're within striking distance of everything.

Great stay in Santa Fe
The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. It was well equipped, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Santa Fe! The location is very close to the Plaza. With easy access to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again! Gave one less star to check in process only because it would be easier to be able to go straight to the home and check in remotely as we have done in other properties, rather than making a separate stop at the office to collect the keys.

Great floor plan and location
The house is in an excellent location. Whole Foods is a short walk down to quiet street. We also took advantage of the short walk to the Rail Yards for dinner and drinks. Be sure to check out La Choza, which is a wonderful dinner spot only 5 min walk from the house. The floor plan is perfect for 3 couples. Everyone gets their own bathroom, and the huge island is perfect for sharing a meal or playing games. We also enjoyed the living room’s comfy couches for evening conversations.

Best place in Santa Fe
This place was absolutely amazing, I was blown away as soon as I opened the door. To start you have your own private driveway in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from all the Santa Fe tourist destinations. The house is very spacious, the pictures do not capture the amount of space there is. The master bedroom is massive and the other two bedrooms are great for couples of kids. It was also immaculately cleaned, I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and this is by far the most clean house I've stayed in. It's pet friendly but there are no traces or smells of an animal ever being there which can be a negative for some places, but not this one. Lastly, check in and check-out information was well prepared and easy to understand. I definitely recommend that anyone planning on a trip to Santa Fe, to stay here.

This property was BEAUTIFUL! Close drive to the plaza, room to spread out - beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again. The master bedroom is very large, as is the master bath. Two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners have apparently put a lot of work into renovating this property.

Enjoyed our stay. House had everything we needed and spacious inside. We went to Whole Foods daily for meals - walking distance - and walked elsewhere too. Felt safe and secure. We cooked several meals and grilled out - great stove, new fridge, perfect toaster oven. Exactly what we needed.

This house was perfect for our party of 3 couples. The kitchen island is huge! The location is perfect- walking distance to the Railyard District and a short drive to the plaza (you could walk there too, if you’re up for it) A good time was had by all!

Excellent with a few concerns
The property was fantastic. Our concerns were over handicap accessibility. The beds in the two small bedrooms were too high for my elderly mother (92 years old) and mobility challenged sister (67 yo with knee surgery. I completely accept that the gravel yard is easy to maintain, but both had a hard time balancing and walking to the car. There are also no handrails for the showers and tub. We understand that these are iptions chosen by the owners, but they would be excellent points to add in the description. As I said, we loved the property, but feel it is important to let others know if they have handicapped guests with them.

Family Celebration
Turning 80 was a milestone celebration for four siblings and three of their spouses. Santa Fe offered many happy memories for a twice widowed woman that had visited many times previously. The VRBO location was convenient to others staying downtown, museums, restaurants, grocery stores, and sightseeing. The home offered plenty of room and worked well for us to gather together.

This house is STUNNING! Mr Martinez would be proud of its transformation. It's huge and roomy! Fully stocked for entertaining and cooking and even pet friendly *however it is NOT an enclosed yard. The renovation is fit for a king and there isn't anyone I wouldn't feel proud bringing here. Very centrally located by Whole Foods and downtown. Kokopelli is great and we were very happy to stay here.

Pretty and spacious!
It was everything we needed! Clean, pretty, and spacious for the 6 of us, with comfortable beds! We didn't mind the short drive to old town, and was nice to be away from the crowds! However it is walkable too.

GREAT house and perfect location
We loved our stay. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our two single friends. We each had our own bedroom and bath. The home is beautifully finished and very well stocked. They provided travel size toiletries and lots of extra towels. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable and very clean. Within walking distance of Whole Foods and also downtown (we like to walk-maybe a mile). Quiet neighborhood too. Thank you for such a great house!
