Santa Fe Getaway
The property was perfect for my partner, myself, and our two little pups. The backyard provided a lovely, secure space to be outside and let our dogs sniff around. We slept great in the king bed, and the road noise was minimal. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed and more. We really enjoyed the nearby market and food trucks, and the location was great for walking to the main plaza area. The host was very responsive and we felt well cared for. Would definitely stay here again!

So close to all we enjoy!
Thanks so much for sharing this home, which met our needs perfectly and was exactly as described. The welcome gift was much appreciated, we have a new favorite brand of coffee, and appreciate your responsiveness to needs and questions. The recommendation for the turquoise trail was taken for an enjoyable afternoon with beautiful scenery. The driveway did not pose a problem at all. Thanks again

Santa Fe Paseo home
Very pleasant property that was quite comfortable. Bed was very comfortable as well as bedding. Nice to have pinyon coffee in the Keurig pods. Parking quite adequate for one or two cars (tandem). "Yard" in back very small. I didn't cook but still would have liked the convenience of a dishwasher for glasses, coffee cups, a few plates. All in all I would recommend this home.

Fantastic House
First time in Santa Fe and the house was in a great location. We walked everywhere! The house was so cute and super clean. We didn’t cook but if you do there is top of the line appliances. I loved the layout. It is close to a busy road but the noise didn’t bother us as we wanted to be close to downtown. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

Lovely adobe house in city
We absolutely loved this adobe house and it was beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything and more you need. A small outside at the back was great to have with small kids (eventhough electricity etc was visible). Location is perfect, a small walk to downtown. That being said, we didn’t know and realize that the house is at a big street with traffic, luckily it was not too busy at night…

Awesome Santa Fe Adobe...so close to it all!
This house was perfect for our family to adventure out of for our first visit to Santa Fe. It's location is great as you can just walk in quickly (10-15 mins max) and be right in the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, the Railway area, or Canyon road galleries. Walking all the side neighborhoods is the whole fun of exploring that area...so much to see and also sooo much good food everywhere (there is a nice market and food truck pod with yummy donuts and such on street over!) The house is on a busy street (this is a city so to be expected), but honestly once you shut the door you can barely hear the street noise. The front porch was nice as was the back fenced in yard with patio lighting that we sat outside for dinner one night (to eat all the leftovers from the amazing restaurants in town). The kitchen was well appointed and even though a little complicated to work (before coffee) the espresso machine was appreciated! The house just had such a great modern artsy vibe yet still lots of traditional southwest elements and great art and also so comfortable for the four of us to hang out in and to adventure out of! I have already recommended it to a few friends and hope we can make it back!

Awesome property
Have been to Santa Fe many times before and this was easily our best trip and much of that was due to this incredible property and location relative to the Plaza and Canyon Road. Property was immaculate, comfortable and communications were spot on each step of the way. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great Location Next to Capitol
A historic home with all the quaintness and walkable locations you could want! The interior of the home is very well appointed-- any chef/foodie would be very comfortable in this kitchen!!! There is a gourmet market, food trucks, historical sites and art venues walking distance away if not feet away from the property. The private parking is so nice and the enclosed back yard is perfect for convenient pet potty breaks. There are two bedrooms-- the master has a queen size bed and the additional room has 2 twins. I assume you could put the two twins together to make a king. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again-- the property management was very helpful, aiding us with our stay and skiing equip/lift ticket discounts. I would offer a few notes for future travelers. There is not a dishwasher. The bathroom is very nice, but the shower pressure and shower head are on the lower side (but this is an quaint old property). When exiting the property you will be backing out onto a busier street. Thank you for letting us visit !

Delightful getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property location was conveniently situated within a short walk to the heart of Santa Fe's restaurants, museums, and shopping. We were welcomed at this lovely home with chocolates, flowers, by a most accomodating host. The kitchen is finished with the best appliances. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice location for Santa Fe Plaza visit.
A lot better than a hotel with nice accommodations and easy 10 minute walking distance for the Santa Fe downtown Plaza area. Several museums, amazing shops and restaurants in the area. There is some street noise but we found that running the house fan at night creates enough white noise. The beds are very comfortable!! The kitchen has very nice appliances and was great for breakfast to start our day. While we like to support Kuanes Market, do a Walmart run for basic groceries to save $$ and look at Kuanes for a good wine selection. The food trucks on the next block have good SF Mexican and Barbeque. The Pantry Rio within 10 minutes at a slow walk has great breakfast also. Thunderbird Bar and Grill on the Plaza square has a good beer/ale selection, burgers, seafood, and SF Mexican dishes at reasonable prices.

Couldn't have chosen a better location!
The location was ideal. A great mom and pop grocery store was feet away and the center square was a quick walk away, The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was so well-equipped with very high-end appliances and anything else that you might need to prepare great meals at home. There was not much of a backyard but there are so many amazing places within a close walk if you have a pet. WE both have decided that our next trip to Santa Fe will include a stay back here!

Home away from home
Good location for walking into town. Weather was a little on the warm side but doable, especially in the morning. Home was well equipped and everything was functional, although I never did figure out how to get the coffee machine selected to ground coffee instead of beans... The catalog with all the recommendations for restaurants was very helpful. The only real concern was the driveway wasn't very conducive to a large SUV due to the proximity to the street. Thanks for letting us enjoy a few days in Santa Fe to decompress!

Great location
Adorable and nicely appointed property very close to Santa Fe plaza. Easy walking distance. The high end espresso/latte machine was a wonderful perk and we used it every morning. As mentioned in the description this place is right on a fairly busy road so some traffic noise and street lights can be seen and heard. This was not a problem for us but if you are a light sleeper make note. The bathroom is small but very nice. Communication with our host was excellent. Very responsive to any inquiries.

Great space, outsized road impact
This is a great space and nicely laid out. Owner notes that the property fronts paseo Peralta. Were it not for the backroad noise of the forced air heat, the closed windows due to it being winter, as well as our own white noise machine, the road noise would have been a bummer. The traffic is right outside, uncomfortably so. Aside from that inescapable condition, this was a great stay and great deal.
