This beautifully furnished 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts lovely mountain views from almost every direction! It is very spacious and comfortable.

The home has recently been remodeled with gorgeous oak hardwood flooring, hickory kitchen cabinetry and all new appliances.

The 2400 sq. ft open concept floor plan lends to a very spacious and comfortable stay in the living, dining, and entertainment areas.

There are 5 bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have new queen size beds with luxury/organic mattresses. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed with new luxury/organic mattress and 1 queen futon sofa bed. There is also 1 queen and 1 twin self-inflating mattress stored in the master closet that can be placed anywhere suitable. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and floor fans for your added comfort.

Outside - Back Courtyard: A large deck with fire pit seating and deluxe 6 person hot tub has been installed🤸‍♀️Relax and enjoy the beautiful Mountain Views!

Front Courtyard: Large Porch with more great views facing the Petroglyphs and the beautiful cottonwood trees that meander along the wetlands. Ahhh.

You will find plenty to enjoy just minutes away from the property, whether you explore the famous Petroglyph Site, enjoy a lovely meal or spa treatment at the luxury Sunrise Springs Spa Resort, visit the historic El Rancho de las Golondrinas Museum, or hike our scenic hillsides. There are also 3 Golf Clubs and an Equestrian Center close by.

The historic Plaza of downtown Santa Fe is just a picturesque 20 minute drive away, and Ski Santa Fe 40 minutes : ) Art Galleries, Restaurants, Shops and more!!

Perfect house for multi-generational gathering
The property was impeccable and had everything we needed for our stay. In particular, the cookware and dishes are fantastic. The beds and bedding were also really comfortable. The indoor and outdoor space was perfect for our group of 13 ranging from 6 to 76 years old. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful!

Santa Fe Vacation
Property was very nice. We visited Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Taos, and this home was centralized for that. Lynn was quick to respond with any questions we had, and the home was comfortable and well equipped. I certainly recommend a stay here.

Everything was as shown in the pictures. A very nice well kept property with beautiful plantings. The drive up to the house was a little rough from the rain but we have an SUV So no problem. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large table for card playing and conversation.

Something for everyone!
We hiked, let children play in the backyard, loved the mountain views, close to Santa Fe amenities and brought our family closer together over meals and card games. Very comfortable!

Lovely secluded stay for a long weekend trip!
Lynn's place was great, very spacious with a large central kitchen and multiple living spaces. With three bathrooms, our group never had to wait to take a shower. We especially loved the amenities (hot tub, hammocks, card games). And even though the house was somewhat far from the plaza, I really appreciated the proximity to other things in the Santa Fe are (the petroglyphs, Meow Wolf, the airport). Also, Lynn was very communicative during our stay! Responded really quickly to texts. We also took note of how many little details were taken care of—fresh flowers in the kitchen, cabinets and fridge stocked with all the kitchen basics, etc. I would stay there again!

Great Christmas Gathering
My husband's family and mine got together for the first time to celebrate Christmas. We had a wonderful time and exactly what we were hoping for. Lynn our host was wonderful and made the whole process very easy. Everything was well organized from our arrival to our departure. You won’t find a better host!
We pulled together a group of 10 to go on a ski trip in Santa Fe and had something very special planned, an engagement. Lynn was told about the occasion at the initial booking and she went above and beyond to accommodate and make the occasion even better. From the welcoming flowers to the delightful hostess, the property was exactly as described. Lynn, the host, was wonderful to deal with. She welcomed us and provided a walk-through of the property, answering all of our questions, as well as offering some suggestions about the area. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need to prepare your meals along with basic provisions. I would definitely rent this property again.

Our family of 10 adults and 5 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lynn's home. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. It was the perfect size and layout for all to enjoy themselves. The back deck was very inviting for morning coffee and conversation. The kitchen allowed several of us to get involved in meal prep time. The additional air mattresses for grandkids was also perfect. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here in the future.

Wonderful!
This house was perfect for our family! We had 8 adults, 2 kids, and 2 babies. There are so many special touches throughout the house. Lynn was there to greet us when we arrived. Awesome Book Club Retreat
This house was absolutely perfect for our annual book club retreat! Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful outdoor space as well as welcoming and comfortable indoor space. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms for the 8 of us to share, and the kitchen had ample space for us to navigate around each other as we prepared snacks and meals during our time there. As a frequent visitor to Santa Fe, I was a little concerned about being so far out from city center, but after staying in Lynn's house I may never book another VRBO close to the Plaza. The drive into town was quick and painless and the peace and quiet provided a wonderful respite so that we truly felt like we were "away from it all". There could not be a better place to watch the sun come up, and the stars at night were amazing. Although this property is close to the airport, we rarely heard the sound of the jets taking off. Lynn was quick to respond when we had a question and offered great advice about dining possibilities close to the property. She has a wonderful gift for hospitality and the special touches that she provided for our stay were marveled over and appreciated by all! The vote was unanimous that we would all recommend this property to other guests and we're looking forward to returning here together or with our families. Thank you, Lynn ~ you are a rock star in our book!

Super spacious, full of amenities
Open and spacious home with plenty of room for our group of eight.The owner is very friendly, hands on and truly cares for and takes good care of the property. The owner met us when we arrived (early, thank you!) and gave us a tour of the property. She also provided directives on the use, care and peculularities of the hot tub, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning/windows, refrigerator, gate and blinds. She was very kind to leave us a platter of fresh muffins and there were fresh flowers decorating the property. The fridge had coffee, creamer and plenty of other condiments. There's also plenty of spices and such. The main issue we had during our stay was hot water. The power to the tankless hot water heater kept surging and tripping, leaving us without hot water 75 percent of the time. The owner came over numerous times to assist, also bringing in help, but it did not ever completely solve the issue. In fact, our last day we spent at the Ojo Spa (definitely recommend), and she suggested we all shower there. For the money we spent, the home has a lot of quirks that need to be resolved. The lack of hot water would keep us from returning to this property.

Beautiful setting in quiet neighborhood.
Starting with Lynn greeting us at the gate our stay here was wonderful! The grounds are beautiful, the deck is a peaceful place to hang out with a great fire pit and very clean hot tub, the beds and bedding are to die for and the kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare full meals. We are five adult women family members ranging in age from 32 to 85 and the place itself met everyone's needs. A couple of things to be aware of if considering this property: it is about a 20-minute drive to anywhere in SF. For my family, this was a little challenging since we had our 85-year-old mother who couldn't sustain a full day of adventuring and needed to be taken back to rest mid-day. Bring your earplugs if different guests will be up and around at different hours. The whole house is hardwood floors (which are beautiful) and the sound really carries. The bedrooms are basically around the outer perimeter of the house and the kitchen/dining/living/entertainment rooms are in the center. It is very close to the airport and planes fly pretty much directly overhead and outdoor conversation must stop for a few moments each time - although not that many times per day. And the dogs! There are dogs all around the neighborhood that bark quite a bit; one gets another one going and the whole chorus begins, and the coyotes join in the song. We found it a little bit amusing, but if you hate barking dogs you won't think so. Overall we give this property and Lynn rave reviews!

AMAZING
My trip to Lynn's property was from February 8, 2019 through February 15, 2019. This was the most amazing property I have ever rented in the past. The appliances are top notch, the towels were never ending, the house was so clean. Lynn went out of her way to get things that my grand kids could play with while at her property. She cleaned the hot tub for us everyday (that was unbelievable,) I never had to worry about a dirty hot tub for me, my kids or my grand kids. Lynn was so patient when my grand kids wanted to help her clean the hot tub, and when they asked to help, she let them help her and showed them how with such a sweetness. I had the best impression of Lynn from the very beginning, that when we were having spaghetti night and I forgot fresh garlic for the buttered toast, I had no problem calling my neighbor to see if I could borrow some, and she actually got me some garlic. Lynn is an exceptional person that cares about her property. I loved the fact that I had a friend next door to help me when I needed it AND she helped with a cheerful heart. We had a family of 10 and we were all so comfortable in this beautiful home. You would not regret staying at this property, it was a notch above my own home. I am going to be so spoiled looking for next year's vacation home (i hope this one will be available, lol). No kidding, this was the best experience our family could have and we will definitely come back here. Thanks so much Lynn for taking such good care of your home and us, you are amazing.

This place is a gem! Plenty of room for 9 women to spread out and enough bathrooms to give us each showering and sink access in a reasonable time. Close to Ojo Spa and a scenic drive into downtown Santa Fe. Wonderful host.
