Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at your doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.

This stylish 1050 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.
Max Occupancy: Four (4) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.

No PARTIES allowed.

NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.

$50 fee for lost keys (if any).

$50 fee for lost parking garage access card.

Prior to departure: a) Load all dirty dishes, glassware, and flatware into the dishwasher and run. b) Clean, dry and put away any dirty cooking pots, pans and utensils. If my cleaning service must do the above you will incur the additional cleaning charges.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of Santa Fe
My family came to Santa Fe to go to Meow Wolfe and explore the city. This location was perfect to walk to the square and all sights. The house was perfect to host my sister's family too ans provided lots of space to hang out. Beds were a bit too soft for us but overall still great.

Awesome condo in the heart of the action
Me and my family had a great long weekend at the condo. We ate right across the street and were able to walk everywhere! The condo itself was stylish and very clean and modern. A perfect spot!

My sisters and I (all late 50s) flew in from the east and west coasts to visit Santa Fe and catch up with each other. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable to hang out in. And you step right out into the center of the city. Highly recommend!

Getaway to Santa Fe
Fantastic location! Close to the parking garage. Beautiful loft and fabulous artwork! Very comfortable. We loved our stay and plan to come back one day in the future! Lots to do in Santa Fe.....shopping, restaurants, Meow Wolf, casinos, hiking and museums. Needed two more days to finish all we set out to do. Next time!

Convenient & cozy stay in Santa Fe!
The location and lodging were exactly as listed and pictured. The check in and out was easier than a hotel, just needing codes that were sent with plenty of time. Almost everything we did was in walking distance- lots of restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and other activities. We appreciated the smart TV and comfy beds. The only thing we had issues with was not having a grocery or convenience store close enough to walk to, BUT the Whole Foods less than $10 for an UBER. Nothing the owners can do about this one. They DID have the kitchen well-stocked with all the gadgets and utensils we needed to cook throughout the week AND even coffee and creamers! We had a wonderful time, were very cozy, and will definitely come back!

Fantastic apartment in great location in downtown Santa Fe
This is a great place to stay. I cannot recommend it enough. We stayed there in mid August 2020, for a change of scenery during the Covid-19Pandemic. The location is amazing--right in downtown Santa Fe, in an otherwise commercial building with a number of great restaurants and shops (Tres Colores, La Lecheria) right downstairs. And it was just a block away from the main square, with all the major museums and other shops. The apartment itself is brand new, and has been decorated really well, and with a high attention to all the little details that add up to a great space (great shower, nice fixtures, a lot of art, functional and new kitchen, even a printer if you need it). The pictures are a very accurate representation of what the place looks like. The apartment is also very accessible, having both an elevator and stairway access (it's on the 2nd floor of a 2-floor building). And Paul (the manager/owner) could not have been nicer or more helpful during our stay. He was very quick and responsive to any questions, and the check-in process went well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Santa Fe. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we're in town.

My family and I stayed at this property about 2 weeks ago-we toured Sante Fe and surrounding area and this was a perfect location! So easy-walkable to everything including the rail yard area, plaza and scores of great restaurants. Paul was amazing-giving us personal recommendations for good places to eat and to visit.I cannot recommend this property enough-rent now and often! Amazing!

Great place to relax
We definitely enjoyed our recent visit to Santa Fe. Historically we stayed in the downtown hotels when visiting but this time we brought our 19-year-old son. He loved the updated look of this VRBO and enjoyed the proximity to the downtown. Staying in hotels, you always have to sit on the beds to relax or eat.. Being somewhere that actually had a wonderfully comfortable couch to lounge on, and a kitchen to snack in was wonderful. We only had one complaint, the television. We were hoping to watch the Chiefs game during our stay. We don’t currently have a streaming service that we use, and therefore could not log into any on the television. There were a few free channels, but nothing that allowed us to watch actual sporting events. It was definitely a bummer. We are used to just turning on the television and having service. I did sneak down to the Lafonda and catch a bit of the game, but I couldn’t hear it. Now that I know this limitation, I would stay at this VRBO again, and would just be better prepared in the television viewing department.

Family wedding weekend
This was an excellent spot-the location was perfect for us-close to everything. The accommodations were clean, attractive and very comfortable. The owner sent information on restaurants and things to do before we arrived. He was very gracious and available. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend to any friends or family.
