Rustic and quaint, Casa De Lorena is a great spot to call home during your time in Santa Fe!

A prime location in the Historic Eastside, just 2 blocks from downtown, offers easy access to a hub of activity. Perfect Santa Fe accommodations
This place is GORGEOUS!!!! The gardens are amazing, there are roses, rosemary, apple trees and much more adorning the cobblestone path. There was also an outdoor patio off the master that enjoyed. This little apartment was so authentic to the style of Nee Mexico, I will come back!!

Sweet one-bedroom in a great location
This one bedroom home was everything we needed and more. It was perfectly located two blocks from downtown and other attractions as well. It was charming, clean, and well appointed, with washer/ dryer, dishwasher, and patio with a charcoal grill. Our trip was in May so the absence of an air conditioner was not an issue. We would return here anytime. We're in Santa Fe!

Good location, no internet, awful customer service
We checked in on 12/30 and emailed saying that the wifi was down, then on 12/31 I called the help center who said someone would be at the property within a few hours. On 1/1 and 1/2 the call center said someone was on their way to fix it. Not until 1/3 after asking to speak with a manager, did someone actually come. This person left us with a broken hotspsot and admitted he had no idea how to do anything related to tech. Apparently the last two renters had also reported the same problem. I run my own business and can't take meetings in busy areas so I lost out on business. The call center in the Caribbean was of no help. Had they told us no one was coming, I could've made alternate plans but because they kept assuring us that someone was on the way, we stayed home to talk to the repair person.

Nice property, can use a few updates.
Overall stay was nice, but we did have some issues. When we got to the property, found that the electronic lock did not work, it was out of battery, had to call VRBO and after trying a few things, got a spare key from a lock box. On a Summer day this is not an issue, but when it is 17F outside and after a long drive, it is not fun. Next, the main heater in the house did not work correctly, first night the temp dropped below 55F in the home, and the next day a technician came to look at it and left us with a temporary space heater. Not very pleasant when it is freezing outside. Overall, this would be a very cozy and nice place for a couple, but if you have children, it might not be enough. Also, the heaters need to be fixed/updated.

It was fine but would have preferred bathroom be near bedroom not the opposite end of condo. Security code was long and had to enter # several times to get it to work. Furnished with plenty of towels 😃

Management
The rental description did not match the rental in some areas. There was no floor fan available as indicated. The temperature on our day of arrival was good 95 degrees. The rental has no air conditioning. Speaking to the corporate office was difficult. Eventually another employee in the corporate office in Oregon gave us a local manager’s contact information to retrieve a fan. The combination lock was functional for 2 days. Fortunately the local property manager had a key to unlock the door. The rental itself is comfortable yet small. The location in relation to the downtown area is perfect.

Cute place but terrible entry system
We travel and use VRBO’s a ton and this was the first time we had ever had this much trouble accessing a home. They use a keyless entry with code. Did not work several times and if we did not have a cell phone to call for assistance to reset code we would have been locked out….place is comfortable and cute backyard for your dog. Area is hard to walk to the Plaza since side walks in the area are not complete. They did not provide COFFEE or Kleenex for guests. They have everything else you need to cook, Their heater system was a mystery…… could not get it to work and It was needed . Convenient location and we love Santa Fe to visit!

Wonderful casita with poor door access
The Casita was beautiful, quiet, and in a historic neighborhood. It was well-stocked. As there was no air-conditioning, keeping the unit cool at night involved opening windows, which might be as problem for some guests. Wifi was excellent. The one issue was the complicated door access, which required entering 10 digits on a very small keypad every time you wanted to enter. Worse, the code only worked about half the time, requiring standing outside and contacting Turnkey by cell phone. While the staff was responsive, we went through 5 different codes. Finally we got the physical key and then didn't need to worry about getting in. I recommend using a different access system.

Fabulous location, cute casita
We stayed a couple of days here and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Canyon Road and the Plaza. The casita itself is cute. It does need a little maintenance--two of the stovetop burners need fixing (won't lie flat) and the sofa bed cushions are in need of refreshing--yiu sit on the metal bar instead of the cushion. We folded up a blanket when sitting on the couch to make it more comfortable. Neither negatively affected our stay however. We'd return again.

Perfect for one in Santa Fe
This beautiful little casita was just what I needed for a few days to unwind and regenerate! Some might find the heating system annoying because it isn't super modern and ultra quiet, but I loved the sounds it made. Very quiet place! Very private place! In the heart of Santa Fe! I can't wait for a return visit!

Enchanted Hideaway
Great little hobbit house with a cozy, private patio off the lone bedroom. The birds sing every morning to the tune of the City Different. Loved having coffee outside in the common area, with magical gardens and working in the tiny study off the kitchen. It felt like I was sequestered in a makeshift bunker to escape the pandemic. The dated bathroom is on the opposite side of the house from the bedroom, but it’s a short walk. The living room sofa MUST go, however. It’s the most uncomfortable piece of furniture known to man. 4 stars.

The casita was exactly as pictured and was the perfect place for our stay in Santa Fe. The location is excellent - a short walk to Canyon Street and the Plaza. We loved the cozy living room and kiva fireplace. The fully enclosed backyard patio was great for our dogs who traveled with us. We will definitely stay here next time!
