I made an error with my booking dates and had written confirmarion that the hotel would give a credit to rebook the rooms for the correct dates. But when i called to confirm, the hotel couldnt find any evidence of the communication and refused to honour the credit, even though I forwarded the email to reservations. I know the mistake was mine but I really resented the lack of communication by the hotel. Nobody ever got back to me and i was very disappointed at being ghosted by a hotel.

The bed and room were good as well as the continental breakfast. The front desk clerk was friendly as well but the noise level in the rooms above our room was horrible. I realize it was New Year’s Eve but still. There were children running back and forth in the room above us and jumping off things and stomping on the floor ( our ceiling). I called the front desk to ask them to say something but there was no change in the activity upstairs. The running and jumping continued for 3 more hours. Never heard voices or anything like that it was the continuous movement and banging was so disruptive and made it impossible to sleep.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we entered, the strong, unpleasant smell in the lobby was off-putting. The staff was not welcoming or friendly, making us feel unwelcome. The elevator was extremely noisy, adding to the discomfort, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my stay.

This is our second stay here. We stayed here about a month ago and the room was VERY clean and quiet. We had a room on the 3rd floor then. This last time we had a room on the main floor; big mistake. Very noisy and stains all over carpet and ceiling.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. I usually stay at the Hyatt when I'm in Santa Fe, but I gave them a try. The hotel and my room were clean and the staff was so friendly. The room was huge for the price I paid, the wifi worked as it should, and the shower water was hot. What more could I ask for? I woke up early in the morning and the receptionist even opened the breakfast area early since I was hungry. They went above and beyond during my stay. I would recommend Comfort Inn in Santa Fe to others.

This was a beautiful stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, (no usb plug ins; but plenty regular ones.) The continental breakfast was well stocked, warm and delicious. It was a well recieved respite after 12 hours behind the wheel. We will absolutely make the trip again.

quiet. elevators are confusing - L, 1, 3 are the choices for the buttons but arriving at the lobby, the door says (2). the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good (and nice that it opened at 6am)
