Villa The Island is located in a very exclusive island in front of Ibiza, with a plot of 600.000 m2 is the perfect place for a tranquility and luxury holiday. With a panoramic sea view and direct access to the sea.
The interior are moderns with all the comforts, fulled catered with a staff at disposal for any request, technological equipment and highest standard. A large living room and a dining area with table and chairs, the kitchen is fully equipped.
Outside Immersed in a totally private ambient there is the big terrace with the 17x8mt pool, sunbeds and balines beds, a Jacuzzi pool where to enjoy everyday, the beautiful sea view sunsets and sunrise.

The Villa accommodate up 10 person, with 5 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathub, direct access to the terrace and spectacular sea view.

Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights;
Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Children welcome
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pets not allowed
Pool has no swimming guard
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
