Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace and TV. In the 7,000 m² outdoor area you will find a large pool, sun loungers, a lounge and a barbecue area. Parties or events are not allowed and after midnight no music or noise is permitted (according to the municipal regulation).
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

- Insurance does not cover the guest's belongings. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood but it is recommended to take all possible precautions.
- Please respect the interior and exterior areas of the property. - Interiors are NOT-smoking areas.
- Check Out the last day it is before 11: 00h, without exception (unless previously agreed with the host).
- Missing or damaged items will be charged on the security deposit. Especially towels and bed linens.
- Towels are exclusively for the bathroom only. NO BEACH or used to clean anything.
- The loss of keys will have an additional cost.
- Parties or big meetings are not permitted.
- Guests must dispose of all their rubbish before checking out, otherwise an extra fee will apply.
