Welcome to Can Xicu d'es Falcons!
Our vacation home is located in the countryside, surrounded by nature and far from mass tourism, in the Atzaró Valley, one of the most beautiful and quietest on the Island. Just 5 minutes by car from San Carlos and 8 min. . from Santa Eulalia with all its essential services.
The typical country house recently renovated preserving the Ibizan style, on a private plot of 25,000 m2, with a private pool. A privileged place in the middle of nature, ideal to disconnect and spend a perfect vacation with friends and family, with plenty of space, total privacy and at your own pace.
THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS
Spacious house with 2 floors (315 m2).
low level:
- 2 living rooms with fireplace, television and comfortable sofas
- Open kitchen equipped with everything you need, with a large dining table and access to garden areas and the pool
-1 full bathroom with shower
The upper floor:
-2 bedrooms with double beds, with terraces (1 with bathroom en suite).
-2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (with a terrace with stunning views!)
- 2 large terraces with rest area

The beds are equipped with high-end mattresses and pillows, the bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. The bathrooms equipped with hygiene products, hair dryer and towels. Pool and beach towels available.
The accommodation is planned for 8 people, we also have 2 cots for babies (at no additional cost)
Rustic wooden furniture, very functional and the fresh atmosphere allow you to completely relax in every corner of the house. It has a large private parking area.
Outside, in front of the main entrance guests can enjoy a porch equipped with garden furniture. Another porch is located at the back of the house, with space for outdoor dining, barbecue and rest area. All surrounded by the abundant vegetation of the farm itself and next to the private pool (5 x 9 meters) with night lighting.
AREA
Our house is located in the heart of the Atzaró Valley, 5 minutes by car from the municipality of San Carlos de Peralta and 10 from Santa Eulalia, with many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. A 15-minute walk away is the famous Las Dalias hippy market, with live music. Can Xicu d`es Falcons is located about 10 minutes by car from the Agroturismo Atzaró, which offers a spa service, night events with DJs and a luxurious restaurant. The beautiful beaches such as Aguas Blancas, Es Figueral, Cala Leña, Cala Nova and Cala Boix are less than 10 minutes by car from our house.

Gorgeous place with stunning views
We loved staying here. The beautiful style of the house, terrace, pool and relaxing areas were wonderful. Kitchen very well equipped too! Loads of space, good bathrooms and high ceilings. One thing to be aware of is that the hot water can be extremely hot if not mixed with cold so ensure to switch hot off first/simultaneously in the shower! It is quite a bumpy track to drive on in the last 100m to the house so a decent car helps! Lovely town near by called Santa Carlos with restaurants, markets and supermarkets. Love Ibiza!

Peaceful but well located property!
Really good location, most things (beaches/restaurants/supermarket) were within a 10 minute drive, with the quieter more rugged north and lively Evissa only 25 minutes away. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed, including excellent outdoor spaces. The property manager responded quickly to any questions (not that we had many). Really relaxing stay and would highly recommend!

A wonderful stay at a beautiful villa
We had a wonderful family holiday at this villa. It is in a quiet location away from busy roads, but a short walk into San Carles. The villa is well decorated and very homely with lots of useful bits of a baby to stay. Magda and Alba were so accommodating and great with communication during our stay. I would certainly go back to stay again

the house is built with beautiful and tasteful attention to detail. It has the feel of an original Ibizincan farmhouse 'Finca' combined with a modern aesthetic and all the conveniences you could want or need. There are great places to 'hang out' both inside and out" The location, although, set beautifully in the countryside is convenient to everywhere. I would stay there again without a doubt. The property manager was easy to reach and lovely to deal with as well.

Stunning place in amazing surroundings
Although our sat nav managed to direct us through a field we managed to find the villa eventually with the help ofAlba our lovely housekeeper. The house is just stunning! 10 adults staying and we still managed to find space for individual couple time. Not sure if it’s the same in the height of summer as we visited 1-8 October but the sun didn’t really reach the pool so we had to visit beaches to get the sunshine. That was the only real negative for us, if I could class it as a negative as the beaches within driving distance are beautiful anyway. We visited for my sons wedding within 5 minute drive away so couldn’t have been better suited for us, but a car is definitely needed. The only holiday I’ve ever been on where I almost cried to leave! Love, love love!

Peace & Quiet with a touch of class
Magda & Fran are literally sharing a much-loved home in which they have enjoyed many happy times. We are a family of 6 with children aged from 27 to 9 and we all loved Can Xicu D'es Falcons. We travelled to Ibiza in July which is a very busy time but we were able to escape the madness in a beautiful village house which is hidden away, but in reality, very close to everything we needed. The North East of the island is very beautiful and when we decided to leave the villa, we had our choice of beaches, coves and restaurants . The owners were intent on ensuring that we had a 5 star experience and paid great attention to detail in order to deliver a satisfactory experience. The kitchen is fully equipped and the utilities allowed us to seamlessly run our lives and our business from Ibiza while we holidayed. Highly recommended.

Un séjour en famille fabuleux, une maison exceptionnelle, très belle et très bien équipée. Proche des villages, d'IBIZA et des sublimes plages. La piscine est juste un pure bonheur. La proprietaria Magda è seria, gentile e molto educata, disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Si preoccupa del benessere degli ospiti anche durante il soggiorno. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei Kindern und deren PartnerInnen Das Haus liegt wunderschön, etwas abseits und direkt an einem bewaldeten Grundstück. Es ist ein wunderschönen Rückzugsort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Man ist schnell an verschiedenen Stränden und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich im Vorfeld betreut und der Check in und Check out völlig unkompliziert funktioniert. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll in Ibizenkischen Stil eingerichtet. Es gibt drei Bäder und verschiedene Schlafzimmer auf zwei Stockwerken. Teilweise mit Balkon und Terrasse. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in Magdas Haus.

Séjour au calme dans une maison de charme
La villa est magnifique, pleine de charme et authentique! Les photos correspondent tout à fait. Nous avons séjourné en août, et avons beaucoup apprécié le coin salon à côté de la piscine pour se détendre et la terrasse ombragée pour déjeuner dehors. Toutes les chambres sauf celle du rez de chaussée disposent de l'air conditionné. Merci à Magda et à Alba pour leur accueil! Une bonne adresse à retenir!
