Very friendly staff and flexible. I didn't have any requests to them to be flexible though. The breafast and service was good, villa and surroundings were mainteined very well and clean. Very Friendly staff, would like to stay there again.

Lovely location and a beautiful house. Hosts were very welcoming, room was clean and peaceful. The grounds were well kept too and breakfast was delicious (that homemade cake was great!).

WORST hotel experience of my life. Management is NO where to be found on the hotel property. Completely overpriced for the middle of no where countryside shack we stayed in. The rooms were small, dark and smelled humid. The beds also very uncomfortable. They could not provide us with soap and only had shampoo available. Location is horrible be prepared to either rent a car or pay (and wait) a ton of money on taxis just to get to the city. AND they overcharged me know night which I had cancelled. Have written to management multiple times with not even the decency of a response. I truly have no words and have never felt so appalled, disappointed and robbed. I never even leave bad reviews but I feel like I should warn anyone considering staying here. The only plus I will say is the breakfast provided was good, but still not worth the amount of money we spent and the horrific experience we had.

Wat een oase van rust! De huisjes zijn prachtig, het zwembad niet zo groot maar tijdens ons verblijf ook niet druk en het ontbijt was prima. Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Centraal gelegen op het eiland, goed voor uitstapjes. Mooie setting en accommodatie, vriendelijke service, ontbijtbuffet royaal. Verbeterpuntjes: 's avonds was er vaak geen warm water, wat niet zo fijn is als je bezweet en vol zand hangt. Bekertje voor tanden poetsen zou handig zijn, en wc-papier mag sneller aangevuld worden. Maar algemeen zeer tevreden!

zeer mooie tuin ruime en goed uitgeruste villa (koffiemachine, bestek, glazen, pannen, waterkoker) rustige, aangename locatie - onderhoud villa, de eerste indruk is wauw maar dan merk je dat er onderhoud nodig is (kraan is verkalkt, stopcontacten werken niet, deur sluit niet goed) - water lang laten lopen vooraleer het warm is, is jammer in tijden waar je aan waterbesparing moet doen. - personeel (eigenaars) is niet hartelijk en eerder nors. De poetsvrouw en nachtwaker zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. - Bij onthaal geen info gekregen over ontbijt (ook geen infoblad in villa) en andere omdat de eigenares geen Engels of andere taal spreekt. De eigenaar spreek wel een mondje Engels, maar hij nodigt niet uit tot een gesprek. Pas volgende dag bij ontbijt bij de bestelling voor de keuken krijg je boos de "regels" voor het ontbijt te horen (alles in 1 bestelling). neutraal: heel basic vroeg ontbijt gevraagd wegens vroege vlucht, maar enkel een stuk fruit en een donut gekregen. neutraal: ontbijt is met zelfgemaakte producten (vers sap, zelfgemaakte confituur) maar is elke dag hetzelfde.

Les chambres de deux sont assez humides car c'est une construction traditionnelle semi enterrée avec une toute petite fenêtre. Je pense que c'est parfait en pleine saison pour être à l'ombre mais à éviter au mois d'avril. Les villas pour familles ont l'air très bien par contre.
