4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 swiming pool, located in Es Pouet residential compound of Talamanca, one of the best areas of Ibiza island, in the centre of Talamanca bay, just 2 kilometres away from the village of Jesus and 4 kilometres away from Ibiza city and the seaport of Ibiza, where you can find the Marina of Ibiza Nueva and Marina Botafoch, as well as the exclusive Rocasilla golf field. The house is 340m2. The space is split into 4 suite bedrooms, each equipped with their own bathroom, marble floors, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning and television with canal plus. There is no problem in terms of parking as the grounds have two parking spaces. Furthermore the house has 24hour security, an alarm connected to the police, 60 surveillance cameras and 60,000 m2 of fenced land. In addition there is also a 1,600m2 infinity pool: a zone of complete relaxation surrounded by sun loungers from which you can enjoy the magical sunsets. It is located just 3 metres from the beach and is very close to the promenade.

Great spot for families especially with kids
We loved it here, Carlos was so hospitable. The grounds were beautiful great for kids with many knee deep pools, a play ground and breathtaking views of old town. Extremely spacious and great bifold doors to block out noice from rooms to common area. Would love to come back and stay here again it was perfect for our family. Quiet luxurious and well kept and equipped.

What a beautiful spot. The place is gorgeous, exactly as the pictures show. The location is incredible. 2 min walk to boardwalk and then a beautiful stroll to the castle area. Or 20 min walk to Pacha or short cab ride. Highly recommended.

It was a great place. However, there were conveniences missing. The clothing dryer didn’t dry the clothes. There were no extra towels, toilet paper or any hair conditioner. And only one small cutting board.

Quiet location and yet central
Large apartment in a great location, but with a renovation backlog and in parts not really well maintained. Our expectations based on the advertisement and the price were not fully met. When the apartment was handed over, there were only employees on site who spoke Spanish, no English.

What a beautiful house! The Best family holidays
The location is unbeatable, a modern house, amazing decor, very nice, perfect for us as we walked to the beach that is in front of the house, and only 5 minutes from Ibiza Center. The house has a swimming pool on the terrace where my kids had a great experience!, then they went out to the gardens and the playground and played with the children of the urbanization, they will never forget this summer! An unforgettable summer. Very quiet, comfortable, safe and perfect for a family holiday. We'll be back next summer. There are 5 restaurants next to the house and the supermarket less than 3 minutes from the house. We walked in with the car to the house from the garage. Very comfortable for my mother who is 78 years old. Thanks

Great Retreat on the bay of Talamanca
The beautiful apartment is located in the urbanization Es Pouet. It is very spacious and offers plenty of room as well as spectacular sunsets. There are two garage spaces to be used by tenants. With a really large community pool on the premises we hardly used the pool on our terrace. Check-in was uncomplicated, although the employee only spoke Spanish. A short introduction would have been nice, like garbage disposal, supermarket, use of keys etc. A manual as we found in other rental objects of this category would make things certainly a lot easier. We got most of the information from Henry at the security office, who was very friendly and helpful. We were granted an early Check-in which was nice arriving at 11.00 am at the airport. The apartment has a cool and stylish interior, as can be seen on the fotos. One must say that it could do with a little renovation in some spots. Carlos and his staff were very helpful and were always reachable for us. Probably due to the early check-in, some towels were not all well cleaned upon our arrival, so we had to wash them ourselves. Also the dishwasher had not been emptied. All in all, this is great place to spend time in Ibiza, and the really large park in the urbanization in combination with the huge community pool with very few visitors offers a great alternative to overcrowded and hectic hotels in Ibiza. A car is certainly necessary! Thank you for the great time, we hope to be back!

Nos encanto la casa y estos dias inolvidables en ibiza
Muchas gracias por dejarnos quedar en tu casa, nos encanto pasar estos días en Ibiza y mucho mas tu casa. Esta llena de detalles que hizo que estuviéramos muy comodos y felices en esta casa. Poder ir a ibiza camiando, el tener el supermercado y restaurantes tan cerca fue genial. Lo mejor de todo eran las vistas desde la casa.
