"This apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The location is amazing - the walk to the harbor is only about 15 minutes, I walked it multiple times a day. The location alone makes this apartment worth the stay - Port de Sóller is lively and beautiful. It was great being close, but not being “in it” - you’re far enough away to have peace and quiet. "We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"A great, very bright and open flat on the top floor with beautiful views and a sunny terrace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the building and a sandy Beach right out front. The local trolley runs by throughout the day, giving you a quick ride around the port or into the town of Soller. This was a great spot for my family of four and we would definitely return! The host were responsive and kind to any requests we had. The place was even nicer than in the photos."

"Wir haben die kurze Auszeit in der Nebensaison zur Mandelbaumblüte sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigten und ist sehr zentral gelegen. In der Nebensaison gab es keine Probleme mit der Lautstärke von der rückseitigen Durchgangsstraße, die hinter dem Schlafzimmer verläuft. Einige Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Töpfe sollten erneuert werden. Ebenso der Couchtisch, der nur drei Rollen hatte und ein defekter Thekenstuhl. Das Frühstück haben wir auf dem Balkon eingenommen....

"We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

"The flat was super great- incredible views, peaceful location, small but felt spacious and easy to check in. Had most things you need in kitchen and house, washing machine, washing up liquid, plates etc available, although you do need to bri bf your own loo roll and oil, salt and pepper , shampoo and tea etc . "I was worried at first when I booked as there was only 1 review, but this apartment is fabulous and I highly recommend it. Apartment Amazing apartment, it's modern, clean and new. Just like the pictures. Small hob, microwave oven with basics utensils, washing liquid, bin bags and cleaning cloth. They also provide tuppaware boxes. Large fridge and plenty of storage. Good walk in shower (but toilet and showers have glass doors with large gaps). Big comfy beds with a balcony. Aircon worked well....

The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. "We really enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect, an easy walk for the beach, lots of restaurants, cafe's, ice cream. View from the balcony is lovely. Our teenagers having their own room, and plenty of space to relax. A few things weren't working, Netflix/TV channels, and the beds were not very comfy, but the price represents good value. Host was very easy to communicate with. "

"We all enjoyed our stay in this appartment on the 7th floor. There was always shadow to find somewhere on the big terrace. Staying so close to the sea was fantastic and inspired us to take several swims a day. Our hostess met us with some bakeries and water. 😊 Can Picafort is a nice holiday village. If you want to see more, there are buses to Alcudia and boat trips you can book. I’ve read about complaints of loud music, but that didn’t bother us. The restaurant next door offered live music...
