"I was scheduled to stay just one night, but due to the cancellation of my cruise, I stayed an additional night. They were extremely helpful. I was able to use their phone (toll free) and make arrangements with their assistance. They offered a warm, caring atmosphere in my time of stress. Andry, the day manager, and Andre, the Manager/Owner were the BEST! I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance."

"We "discovered" this place online and were impressed with the reviews. Travesia did not disappoint! It is an old 2-story 7-room connected row house located in the heart of Santiago. It has been nicely restored but has kept much of the charm of an old residence. No elevator, no air conditioning, squeaky stairs no screens but our room opened onto a small balcony and a breeze made our stay pleasant even on a hot February (summer in Chile!) evening. "Incredible location, but it does advertise a king size bed, and it wasn’t the case, parking it’s a little expensive, but I was able to find overnight parking for free close by, it will be nice to have more towels available, space was super clean. The roof was amazing. It was super easy to get in and out, the subway was super close by, and there’s a supermarket store a block away, would I stay in this place again absolutely"
