"The Spa was incredible. We used the ocean view sauna every day and loved it! Room was clean and tidy, we had a nice view from our balcony. Walkable to many restaurants in the area. It was a relaxing and quiet location compared to the more lively Funchal."

"When I search on Vrbo for properties I found this particular property amazing. When we got there my mild was blown away, I thought I was in a nightmare. We did not stay there as what we bought was not even near what the host presented to us. The jacuzzi was filthy, we were told that the bar and restaurant ..."

Visited by chance but fell in love with the gorgeous city. Lots of enchanting Christmas decoration around a church and main square. Great restaurants/shops. Amazing boardwalk. Should see the mosaic art on boardwalk and great pebble/stone beach.
