"Everything is great except the bad smell that comes from the street behind the hotel. Smells like garbage in the early morning, so if your room has a window towards that direction I don't recommend opening the window, just keep the a/c on."

"This was one of the dirtiest and ran down hotels I've ever stayed at. There was stains on floor and the bedding had stained sheets. Mold was growing in the shower and my coworker that stayed in room next to me had flees in his room. Stay away!"

"Atendimento do restaurante muito ruim.. não tem capacidade para atendimento a lá carte. Demora para vir os pratos, quando chega ja está frio. Muito confuso. "

"Very comfortable and with very good attention from staff both at the reception as in the restaurant. Need to improve conditions for the shower for handicapped people with grippers and a stool. Had to put walker into the tight shower to avoid danger for fall"

"The grounds, the staff, and the ambiance of this hotel is very pleasing, especially considering it is only three stars. The restaurant was open late and I was able to eat when I arrived late, and very good food was served there. The pool area seemed both private and fun looking, and it included a slide into the water which is sure to please the kids. The rooms themselves, however, were a bit of letdown. "A piscina estava suja, se precisasse de toalhas e de papel higiênico tinha que pedir durante o dia pois à noite está tudo trancado. O chuveiro saia pouca água quente. A porta do quarto fazia barulho tipo rangendo. Tinha uma porta trancada. Forneceram apenas 1 sabonete pequeníssimo. O estacionamento era do outro lado da rua com cheiro forte de cachorro. Tinha somente dois cobertores sendo que éramos em 3 pessoas. A televisão pegava apenas alguns canais locais, não tinha tv a cabo. O horário do...

"Obeid Plaza served the purposes for our stay. Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. The wifi was spotty and the common areas were rather rundown. We were hoping to use the pool, only to find it was being repaired."

"O Hotel tem serviços de qualidade, instalações muito bem conservadas, de extremo bom gosto. O atendimento é excepcional, assim como as refeições (apresentação e qualidade dignas de um excepcional chef de cozinha). Os inconvenientes são ter que ir de carro para as piscinas e demais lugares de interesse (vc anda vários quilômetros de carro dentro do condomínio), e a piscina não ser aquecida (alegam ser climatizada, mas ainda é gelada). Esse hotel merecia uma linda piscina perto dos quartos."

"Lugar perfeito p descansar, principalmente p casais, muito bonito, funcionários muito atenciosos, instalações limpas e novas. Enxoval dos quartos de excelente qualidade, piscina térmica um show. Durante a semana restaurante serve à la carte, o q restringe as opções, q se repetem. Faltou um capuccino no café da manhã. Coalhada imperdível. Feijoada do sábado deliciosa. "
