This magnificent house located on the outskirts of Santa Cruz has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people.

It is fully furnished, modern, bright, newly renovated and ideal for families. It has a living area of 110 m².

It is very well located at 2 km from the "Supermercado La Hucha", 350m from the restaurant "Guachinche El Cañonazo", 6 km from the sandy beach "Playa La Nea" and 13 km from Tenerife North Airport. It is located in a quiet and rural area.

It has washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, alarm, air conditioning, open air parking in the same building and television.
In the induction independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
