Las mejores vistas panorámicas de Santa Cruz
Estancia en un edificio “ rascacielos” en su última planta Penthouse “32” con espectaculares vistas. El aire acondicionado no va en todo el edificio con lo que nosotros pasamos la ola de calor de finales de Junio de 2023 con bastante calor. El sistema de entrada y acceso al inmueble, todo muy sofisticado y moderno. Los ascensores tardan bastante. Muy buena seguridad. Mobiliario cuero todo Ikea cómodo. Pocas toallas y no muy limpias y algo viejas. Bien equipada con todo tipo de electrodomésticos pero no tiene plancha ni tabla de Planchar. A la hora de ir, como tienes que dejar las llaves en el interior del piso, si llevas coche, has de sacar primero y luego volver al piso 32 corre corre y dejando el Coche en la calle lejos y para cumplir el horario estricto de salida porque penalizan si sales mas tarde. Se portaron bien con nosotros y nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora porque estaba libre el inmueble. Como consecuencia del calor, me sorprendió que en un inmueble de esas características no lo tuviesen bien fumigado contra hormigas y cucarachas pero sería cosa del calor.

Maisemahuoneisto Santa Cruzin keskustassa
Toimiva ja kompakti huoneisto keskellä Santa Cruzia. Parvekkeelta oli huikeat näkymät yli koko kaupungin, niitä oli kiva ihailla sekä päivällä että yöllä. Keittiö oli pienempi kuin odotimme ja varustelu oli niukahko. Ei korkkiruuvia, kahvia tai edes suolaa, taso ei vastannut sitä mihin olemme tottuneet vuokrakohteissa. Sisäänkirjautuminen voi tuntua haasteelliselta, jollei ole yhtään tottunut tietokoneen/puhelimen kanssa toimimaan. Taloyhtiössä sekä asunnossa on sähkölukot ja toimintahäiriöitä oli ainakin meidän oleskelun aikana (1 vko). Muutoin voin kyllä vilpittömästi suositella; jos haluat asua keskeisellä sijainnilla ja nauttia huimaavista näköaloista, tämä on oikea valinta:). Viestittely vuokraajan kanssa pelasi myös moitteettomasti.
