This magnificent property is ideal for families, friends and business trips, as it has WiFi Fiber 600mb, and capacity for 10 people. It has a large outdoor area of 140 m2, with private pool and solarium, where you can relax outdoors and sunbathe, while enjoying the tranquility of the place. It also has a table with chairs outside, ideal for having lunch. With 4 bedrooms, one of them located on the first floor, with a queen bed and a trundle bed, also has an en suite bathroom. The other 3 are located on the upper floor, all of them have a double bed. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower, and another bedroom has a desk, ideal for teleworking. There are three full bathrooms in total, two on the upper floor both with shower and one on the first floor, from where you enter the house. On the main floor, there is a fully equipped independent kitchen, a toilet, a spacious living - dining room with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, from where you can access the pool area and solarium. It also has private parking for convenience.

Strategically located in a quiet residential area close to the ocean, halfway between the south and the north of the island, with good connection to the highway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably. The well-known beaches of Bocacangrejo and Radazul are only 10 minutes away by car. It has all the services, restaurants, supermarkets and places of leisure to few minutes driving.
