The apartment "Casa Julia 1" is located in the north of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the small village of San Andrés, just a short walk from the golden sandy beach. The charming apartment with sea view consists of a living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, thus accommodating 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and a smart TV. In addition, the apartment offers a spacious, partly covered terrace with outdoor shower. Here you start on the comfortable lounge furniture with a cup of coffee in a beautiful, eventful vacation day. In the common outdoor area there are also sunbeds available. Due to the central location, restaurants, bars and cafes are only a 2-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is just around the corner (4-minute walk, 250 m). The apartment is also only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The "Playa de Las Teresitas" is probably the most photographed beach in Tenerife, although in contrast to the characteristic "black" beaches, it presents itself in a golden robe. Here you will spend carefree hours by the sea. To the airport Tenerife North you need about 25 minutes by car (21 km), the south airport of Tenerife you can reach in less than an hour by car (70 km).

Super Lage, alles in Kürze erreichbar
Pros: Eine super Dachterrasse/Balkon zum relaxen. Morgens mega Sonnenaufgänge schauen. Empfangswein und Obst vom Gastgeber organisiert. Die Kugel Eis zum Abschluss des Tages, alles sehr zu Empfehlen Cons: Es ist ein wenig lauter, aber bis 22.00 tobt dort das Leben :-))

Schöne Wohnung über der besten Eisdiele des Ortes
Pros: Zentral gelegen, fussläufig zum Strand, gut ausgestattet, schöne Terrasse. Check-in hat super funktioniert. Großer Parkplatz am Strand. Cons: Das Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Fenster zum Lichtschacht - es war ziemlich warm.

Enkele stukken fruit en een fles wijn, een simpele maar altijd geslaagde entree. Nieuw, aangenaam en centraal gelegen appartement met zowel een ruim privé-terras als een gemeenschappelijk zonneterras op de hogere verdieping. Enkele eenvoudige ingrepen zouden het comfortgevoel nog verhogen zoals het aanbrengen van een gordijn aan het grote raam aan het terras en het plaatsen van een stabielere tafel. Met het oventje (micro-golf met bovenrooster) waren we niet vertrouwd, zouden we er bv. een pizza in kunnen bakken? Meerdere horeca-zaken in de buurt en gelegen aan een doorgangsweg maar in de slaapkamer is absoluut geen lawaai te horen. De contactpersoon was zeer communicatief en we konden op de dag van vertrek enkele uren langer blijven. Voor sommige personen is het misschien goed om weten dat er exact vijftig treden te bestijgen zijn.

Es ist ein tolles Appartement! Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
Pros: Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen seitlichen Blick aufs Meer, man geht ca. 400 m bis zum Strand! Im Ort selbst gibt es viele Restaurants. In der Nähe sind zwei Supermärkte die auch ein ausreichend großes Sortiment haben.

Casa Julia 1
Sehr schöne, komfortable Ferienwohnung mit eigenem überdachten Balkon und Außendusche, falls man mit sandigen Füßen vom nahegelegenen Strand Las Teresitas kommt. Jeden Morgen haben wir dort einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang gemacht und nachmittags im ruhigen, von einer Mole geschützten Meer gebadet. San Andres bietet viele gute Restaurants, wo man leckeres lokales Essen preiswert genießen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Küche und Bad sind sehr modern, alles war sehr sauber und wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und Obst von Eric, dem Enkel der Eigentümer begrüßt. Er spricht hervorragend Englisch und ist rund um die Uhr per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Im Frühjahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder.
