"Best place in Panama. We drove from Panama City eight hours but worth it We loved the national park feel hiked the trails (even to the waterfall) had great food and the best coffee, Ask Roosevelt in the dining room how he got his name. Don’t miss this place"

"We were there just one night. Got there past 8 pm, hungry and the restaurant was already closed, didn’t get much help from the staff. It took them half an hour to charge my credit card for the cost of the room and we had to drive 20 minutes, back to the city, to find a place to eat. Back at the room it was cozy with a fire place. It was really cold, loved it. We had a great sleep. In the morning, I was amazed by the place, the gardens, the mountains and town, the breakfast, the coffee, the main building is awesome. We tried to stay one more night, but staff couldn’t find a way. Plenty of things to do at Cerro Punta and around Tierras Altas, need to go there again for a longer stay. Hopefully next time they will have better service."

"Beautiful property in the woods. The hotel restaurant serves wonderful foods. Lots of nature and fresh air. The room was good and had hot water for shower. Internet WiFi was spotty at best but we did have good mobile reception. Good location."
