Schlechte Wohnung, absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen
Die Wohnung entsprach nicht ansatzweise der Beschreibung. Das Mobiliar war sehr billige Ausstattung. Die schönen Möbel auf den Fotos von FeWo-direkt standen definitiv nicht in unserer Wohnung. Wenn man in die Via Vesuvio fährt, empfängt einen eine Brache mit einer Bauruine. Neben den Mülltonnen liegen überall Müll und Glasscherben herum. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Baugrube, auf die man permanent vom Balkon aus blickt. Die Bausubstanz ist derart marode, daß an der Balkondecke schon die Stahlarmaturen herausschauen. Die Wohnung befindet sich auch nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer, sondern 1 km entfernt. Der Gasherd wird mit einer Gasflasche auf dem Balkon betrieben, eine Leitung führt davon aus durch einen Wanddurchbruch in die Küche. Alles ist völlig ungesichert, so daß wir unseren 2-jährigen Sohn nicht allein auf den Balkon lassen konnten.

Ottima esperienza a due passi da Marina di Ragusa
Casuzze si trova a circa 2km da Marina di Ragusa e consente un soggiorno tranquillo lontano dal caos. Sopratutto ad agosto è l'ideale per visitare questa porzione di litorale. Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento Ulivi 7. Molto carino, moderno nell'arredamento e pulito è dotato di qualunque cosa. I letti sono comodi, il bagno funzionale e la cucina completa di tutto. Il terrazzo è comodo e vivibile; ci si può mangiare anche in 6/8 persone. E' dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie; sotto casa c'è un ampio parcheggio gratutito. A circa 500mt ci sono dei supermercati, bar , tabacchi , macelleria e pescheria. La distanza dal mare è di circa 900mt; si può andare tranquillamente in macchina poichè anche nella settimana di ferragosto nei pressi della spiaggia non c'è problema di parcheggio. Antonio che gestisce la proprietà è una persona cordiale, sempre disponibile e pronto ad intervenire all'occorrenza. Quando si è guastata la mia auto ad esempio si è prodigato per aiutarmi a trovare un meccanico aperto ad agosto e mi ha trovato un'auto sostitutiva.

la casa en general esta bien lo qu no nos gusto que el cuarto de las camas literas era extremadamente pequeño y con una ventana enana un agobio dormir en ese cuarto

VACANZA FANTASTICA
Appartamento in ottima posizione(30 m. dalla spiaggia di sabbia e a 2km scarsi dal centro di Marina di Ragusa) pulito e funzionale, comodo anche per 4 adulti. Siamo stati accolti e poi seguiti durante il soggiorno in maniera cortese e professionale, ottimi i suggerimenti per i luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti dei dintorni. Lo consiglierei sicuramente ad un amico.

Stupendo!
Il nostro soggiorno è durato una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gli appartamenti sono molto nuovi e curati, puliti e forniti di tutto. I letti comodi e la zona molto tranquilla per dormire. A pochi metri tutto il necessario, da tabacchini a minimarket, bar, macelleria, pescheria ecc. La zona balneare veramente molto bella, con vari lidi in cui godersi il mare! A pochi chilometri, inoltre, la bellissima Marina di Ragusa con le sue spiagge e la vita notturna molto movimentata. Il padrone di casa è stato poi molto disponibile e gentile, qualità che insieme alla bellezza del posto e degli appartamenti ci faranno sicuramente tornare in futuro! Vivamente consigliato!!!

Abbiamo trascorso il ponte del primo maggio presso la casa vacanze di Antonio, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento come descritto, nuovo, arredato con gusto, dotato di molti comfort e cosa più importante: pulitissimo. Antonio è stato molto cortese, discreto e disponibile. Da provare e riprovare con piacere.....

Tutto perfetto!!!

“Semplicemente ... Eccellente”
Vacanza di coppia per pochi giorni, premetto che cercavamo una sistemazione dalla quale spostarci lungo la costa meridionale della Sicilia. Anche se arrivati in tarda serata, siamo stati accolti da Antonio con grande disponibilità per accompagnarci in appartamento, dato il periodo la struttura la struttura era aperta quasi solo per noi, la casa è dotata di tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere il soggiorno inoltre abbiamo richiesto il servizio di biancheria e pulizie che c'è stato gentilmente omaggiato. Avendo scoperto la passione reciproca con Antonio delle buona cucina e del buon vino abbiamo sfruttato la sua cortesia per visitare i locali e ristoranti a lui più noti. Un soggiorno che consiglio assolutamente soprattutto hai buon gustai. Dimenticavo l'aspetto più importante, l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Casa completa di ogni particolare
Sono stata per pochi giorni nell'appartamento di Antonio e mi sono travata benissimo tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. zona tranquilla e indiscreta. L'appartamento è nuovissimo,bellissimo e dotato di tutti i confort.(stoviglie e pentole nuove,casa pulitissima,lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi) A causa del cattivo tempo non abbiamo potuto pranzare in veranda ma la vista é splendida e lo spazio non manca. spero di poter trascorrere qualche settimana in giugno perchè mi sono trovata veramente benissimo anche col proprietario,disponibilissimo

Vacanza meravigliosa e confortevole
Siamo arrivati i primo di luglio e li per li la casa c'era sembrata un po' distante dal mare ma fin dall'indomani ci siamo subito resi costo dell'ottima scelta in quanto riuscivamo a muoverci in auto senza imbottigliarci nel traffico. La casa è comodissima dotata di tutto ciò che serve con vista in direzione del mare in un'atmosfera silenziosa e riposante. Io con la mia famiglia sicuramente torneremo per la prossima stagione estiva, consiglio a tutti questa casa.
