The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your vacation in the Dolomites, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, wine fridge, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes, and much more.
The apartment boasts a large terrace with a view of the Dolomites, furnished in a lounge style and largely covered, so you can enjoy it even in bad weather.
The highlights of this property are undoubtedly the private spa area with a whirlpool and Finnish sauna, as well as the three shower cabins with a steam bath function, available in every bedroom.
The property is located on the top floor of the building and is accessible by an elevator, which can be used from both street level and the garage, or alternatively via the stairs.

The location is ideal for any activity, as it is situated in the center of Santa Cristina, less than 300 meters from the Monte Pana chairlift. The bus and ski bus stop is just 50 meters from the house. Right next to the apartment, you'll find the first shops, bars, and restaurants, including a bakery, a supermarket, a bar, and a luxury restaurant.
In winter, the location is perfect for skiing in the legendary Dolomiti Superski area, as the Monte Pana chairlift, which connects you to the Alpe di Siusi, the Sellaronda, and the entire Dolomiti Superski, is less than 300 meters away and easily reachable on foot. Monte Pana also features a beautiful cross-country ski track, often used by the Italian national team for training. For access to other ski lifts in the area, the free ski bus stops just 50 meters from the house.
In summer, the location is perfect for any type of activity, as you are right in the middle of town events, such as local markets and much more. By taking the Monte Pana chairlift, you can enjoy some of the most beautiful hikes in the Dolomites. Regional buses stop 50 meters from the house, providing easy access to explore the entire Val Gardena. The famous Grödner Bahnweg (a walking and cycling path that spans the entire valley) is just a few hundred meters away. You can also visit an original tunnel of the old train, now transformed into a museum that tells its history.
Monte Pana is known as the “Mountain for Children” due to its wide range of activities for all ages, including a large playground, horse riding excursions, and nature trails like the Panaraida. Santa Cristina also offers a playground along the Grödner Bahnweg, just a few minutes' walk from the house.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
