"Clean place and friendly staff"

"Che dire, non si può chiedere di più!! I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e disponibilissimi, ci hanno anche aiutato un sacco a trovare la soluzione più conveniente per spostarci alla nostra prossima destinazione. La casa è pulita comparabile tranquillamente ad un hotel a 3 stelle, colazione ottima. Posizione vicina al centro e si riesce a raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città a piedi. Grazie mille ai proprietari!!! Super consigliato "

"Such a warm and welcoming household. Owner was happy and friendly when I arrived and continued to be the whole time I was there. Felt like I was being welcomed home. She says she doesn't speak English too well but she provided me with heaps of information for getting around. Showed me a map and told me where to go. Gave me a place to eat for good food and value. Asked many times if I needed anything else. Bed was super comfy, the pillow was a bit odd but didn't stop me from falling asleep. My room was clean and comfortable, even had a little kitchen, which included a fridge- a great addition in this heat and humidity. I couldn't book a bus ticket because Viazul were having card payment issues. So she rang ahead and booked me on the bus to Save me a journey. The location is great, very short walk from the Viazul bus station. Short walk to the che monument and the centre. There's some bars close by to go to should you wish. Security is clearly important and everything is always locked down. I would stay again if I'm ever in the area. Thank you for having me "

"The room (apt) it was very spacious, enough to accommodate 5 of us. It had to bunk beds (pretty big size) and a Queen bed, bathroom, kitchen/bar area with even a set of high stools chairs. The entire place was immaculate, very clean and secluded enough so you can enjoy the 2 outdoors patios-even with a very nice view to the surrounding neighborhood but what really stood up were the hostesses-very lovely and charming couple. They accommodated us in no time, gave us suggestions for restaurants around for either breakfast and/or dinner. They even helped us get gas from another guest that was actually leaving the next day. I wish I could stayed longer but I was only one day in Santa Clara out a weekend trip to Cuba. I highly recommend this place. Can't way to go back !!! Thank You"
