"Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."

"Most important...the location is great. If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood just steps from an absolutely beautiful beach, this is the place for you. Very conveniently located near several towns with all necessities (supermarkets, restaurants, beaches), we really enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and comfortable enough, with enough room, but it should be better equipped to make it a 5 star location. "The Villa was clean and spacious and very well equipped for our stay. Communication between me and owner Jo was great. Sam from the management company was very helpful and always contactable throughout our stay if this was needed. Villa is close the beach and the bakery and shop was within walking distance. "Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio (Vermieter) unkompliziert, ebenso auch die Übergaben. Angekommen in Badolato ist es zunächst schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen...mit etwas Mut und Improviationsvermögen geht das aber. Das Häuschen liegt am östlichen Ortsrand und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Man sollte aber wissen, dass Badolato in Teilen ein "Geisterdorf" ist, die meisten Häuser um uns herum waren leerstehend und verrammelt. Das haben wir aber nicht als störend...
