"Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. It is also listed under comfort in the Property Amenities. When booking there are only three choices for rooms. When reviewing each of these choices air-conditioning is listed.
