We take care of all the details here so that no matter if it's just dinner with family or drinks & appetizers shared among company, each dining experience is well-prepared for your curation. After a fulfilling day of adventure, come home and treat yourself to the highest level of indulgence with our impressive sectional perfect for cuddling up on in front of a large 60 inch flat screen HDTV. Or unwind in any one of three serene bedrooms complete with premium furnishings and comfy mattresses.

This beach house is professionally designed and offers the luxury of a resort combined with all the comforts home. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1800 square feet you will be astounded by its spacious floorplan - including an additional detached Master suite for maximum privacy! Quality bedding, linens, Santa Barbara treasures found throughout add to make it truly special giving guests plenty of space to relax while enjoying their own private areas.

All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time.
Pack and play portable crib and high chair provided.
Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable rolling high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first.

Great home, perfect location!
Our group really enjoyed the stay at the West Beach Villas. We were able to walk to all the locals restaurants and places we wanted to visit on State St and Funk Zone. The rooms were cozy and spacious.

Great location for a vacation. Don't need to drive anywhere unless you wish to travel far, but there's transportation options. The house is great. Had everything we needed for 6 adults.

Great Location
We came down to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with two other couples, and it was the perfect location with a nice amount of space. The only downside is that you have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the other one. All in all, we would definitely stay there again!

Amazing location walking distance to beach and funk zone. A great property for traveling with family. Very close to the Moxi Museum, which is enjoyable for kids of all ages. We would revisit!

Great Place in Downtown Santa Barbara
We had 6 adults in town for a wedding. The unit was perfect for our group. It was very spacious and clean. The location is great. It is in walking distance to the beach, the pier and several great restaurants. We definitely recommend it and will come back the next time we are in Santa Barbara!

Amazing!
We had such a wonderful stay! It was absolutely spotless, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. There is a ton of closet space and storage, lovely decor, comfortable beds & bedding, and lots of gorgeous light coming in through the windows. Having the casita/separate apartment was so perfect. The location is fantastic. So close to great food, great coffee, the beach and activities. We took part in a boat tour and the location was a just a few minutes walk away. We managed to lock ourselves out and the representative from Haller Homes was so quick to respond. So gracious, professional and kind too! We have stayed at many rentals and this was by far one of our favorites. We rarely rebook places as we like new experiences, but we will definitely be back! Thank you for a magical stay!

Great place to stay close to the beach
We stayed for my son’s wedding. It was perfect and close to everything I would, for sure stay again. Great kitchen, great bedrooms the extra little bungalow was perfect for my son and his girlfriend property was perfect. We walked to the beach and several restaurants. All of the restaurants had great customer service and food was delicious. I would pick this place for sure to stay again.

Lovely Santa Barbara Vacation Home
Our extended family of 5 adults and 1 teen enjoyed our 4-night stay in this lovely home. Spotless and fully equipped with all we needed. We BBQ'd every night and ate on the picturesque deck. Everyone slept on comfy beds with luxurious linens. We took the wagon to the beach several times - just a couple of blocks away! All in all a great time away together!

Wedding weekend
We are a family of six adult age guests who stayed at the West Beach Villa 1. We were here for a busy wedding weekend and wish we could have enjoyed the VRBO more. It’s in a great location, spacious, very comfortable, and has all the amenities you would need. The only very minor thing is that you need to go through the master bedroom to get to the detached guest studio; was not an issue for us though. Overall a great place to stay!

Christmas in Santa Barbara
West Beach home was perfect for our needs. Clean, roomy, comfortable, updated, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood - everything we sought for a Christmas get-away. Started with arriving after midnight due to travel and finding all we needed for the morning - coffee, filters, tea... THANK YOU! Two blocks to the beach, a neighborhood market within blocks, and an easy walk to Chad's, Jeannine's, and lot of restaurants. Check-in and access could not have been easier and owner was able (and willing) to accommodate us for an extra night when travel was still delayed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Location, Beautifully Maintained, Great Communication!
Thanks to Tiffany for allowing us to stay in her beautiful duplex. Spacious, great indoor/outdoor access, fresh sea breezes through the windows. Walking distance to everything, just a couple hundred yards to the beach, nearby grocery, located on a quiet side street. Incredibly clean throughout. Very clear directions about payment, timing, parking, and how to use everything in the house. Our family of two adults and two teens could not have asked for more. Book it!

WONDERFUL SANTA BARBARA PROPERTY
Beautiful property close to beach. Well maintained and clean. Very spacious living space and bedrooms, but be aware that the third bedroom is in a separate structure so may not be appropriate if bedroom needed for young children or their parents. Parking very convenient, but must be skilled enough to back out a long narrow driveway uphill. No problem for us,but might be a concern to some. Overall, a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home!

Great separate master with outdoor patio
We really enjoyed staying at this downstairs portion of a duplex. It's only 3-4 blocks from the beach and the shops. My only complaint is not with the VRBO, but SB/CA- the homeless crisis is out of hand in this town. We had to step over homeless people on the sidewalk. Then really late one night, a homeless man rooted through all of our trash- on private property- which woke us up.
