This house was in a great location, walkable to State St and the Funk Zone. Could be a little noisy at night, but expected in a busy location. The host communicated well and was very accommodating.

A great weekend
Our 2nd annual Moms and Daughters weekend. The house was perfect. Great location and very accommodating host. The house had a great games selection and perfect touches for our weekend stay.

Great place, fantastic location
Perfect spot for exploring Santa Barbara. House is compact but has everything we needed. Location is fantastic, and finding parking on the street was fairly easy.

Perfect little stay in the heart of Santa Barbara
The property was the perfect place to stay and be centrally located to everything. The beach/boardwalk is about a 15 minute easy walk and restaurants/bars/shops galore about 5 minutes away. Property managers are very easy to contact and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again if back in SB.

Short stay for biking
Very clean, good location, parking difficult but not the fault of the owners. The only suggested improvement would be to improve wifi, it is poor. I used my cellular which was also pretty poor.

Convenient and comfortable downtown location
My friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the Moxi (a 10 minute walk away). The location was so convenient to both State St and the venue. The house was clean and comfortable—perfect as a home base for close friends who don’t mind sharing some bathroom space and weren’t looking to cook meals at home.

Great stay at this little house a few blocks from State Street! The house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for a short stay. The property was especially helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. So grateful for his help!

Graduation trip
Travel to Santa Barbara with my two adult children for their brother’s graduation. Accommodations were clean, neat and as described. Everything went as planned, no problems at all, close proximity to State Street. was a huge plus.

Black mold covered tarp in back area. Area needs additional trimming. Questionable safety of electrical wiring. Should be warning about many steps up to front door. Safety issue for anyone with walking or balance issues, or elderly folks. Inside clean and comfortable.

Perfect Space and Location
We loved staying here! It was in a perfect location, so easy to walk around State St and get everywhere we needed to go. Parking was justifiably a little busy/tight, but we always managed to find a spot despite it being UCSB Graduation weekend. The space was the perfect size for me, my husband, my father, and my grandparents to all stay and have enough room to sleep, get ready, and hang out. We were so busy, we never ended up going in the backyard nor the laundry, but we did utilize every other space I believe. My only complaint would be the mattress in the room I stayed in felt very much like a pull out couch. My husband slept fine on it though. The host was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

A little gem in Santa Barbara!
We were very delighted to stay 2 nights at this property. David, our host was very accommodating and accessible. Our stay was very comfortable with new AC units installed. There's even a pack and play available if you are traveling with a young child. The location is perfect! Just a few blocks from State Street with a lot of restaurants and also walking distance from the beach/wharf. We hope to be back again. We definitely recommend this place 😊.

Concert Weekend
A group of 6 adults spent the weekend in SB for a concert at the amphitheater. The communication leading up to the trip was great and Virandra was very responsive. When we arrived we found the unit to be very comfortable and exactly as described! The place in very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Everything is very close to the house and State Street is only a few block away. We really enjoyed the house and with definitely check availability the next time we come up to Santa Barbara!
