This is a wonderful hotel! The property is beautiful, clean, and safe. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help. The restaurant is really good. I've stayed here multiple time and will continue tonstay here every time I visit Carpinteria!

We stayed in the Best Western on our way south. Hotel is clean and well maintained. It has nice courtyard, plenty of parking. It's a little far from the Carpineria downtown but not too bad. Overall, we had good stay there.

We arrived and they had given our room away to someone else, even waking them up to see who was in there. Then they downgraded our room and didn’t offer us any recompense such as a comped breakfast or anything. Definitely not planning on staying here again.
