"The property is clean, comfortable and has all the essentials that you could want or need. The bed and bedding was comfortable and good quality. The towels were soft, plush. Paula and her local cohost were responsive if you needed them. This is the second time I have chosen this property. The covered part was a huge bonus, it kept the car out of the direct sunlight and kept it much cooler. I highly recommend this property"

"This property is in the heart of downtown Brownwood and so convenient to the shops on the square. It was easy to get around to various restaurants & other places of interest. Best of all, it was clean & comfortable. The only thing was that the air conditioner’s condensation pump made an ongoing noise with the water line filling up / emptying.
