Great property! Would recommend.

We enjoyed our first trip to PB Sunset Beach! We arrived around 2pm and our room was ready. They have golf carts that escort you around the property. You just call them and they’ll come, usually in less than 5 minutes! The property is very hilly but you can walk around as well. You’re given a bracelet at check in that serves as your room key, so you can use that for your door, closing tabs after eating (required even if no charge) and any extra charges. We tried a variety of the restaurants on property. Our favorite was Tazuma (Japanese). We went off site to the Quivera steakhouse (free shuttle from lobby) and it was beautiful and great food. We also went to the sister properties Rose and Blanco. We were told you had to call same day for the free shuttle after 7am. We called right at 7 and they said it was full! I asked how, and they said you could book through the PB app starting at midnight. So, we took a taxi. What they also didn’t tell us was that you could wait standby for the shuttle as many people no show. We enjoyed swimming and lunch at Cilantros at the Blanco hotel. Other than the shuttle issue, our only complaint was that some of the restrooms around the property had some repairs that weren’t taken care of. Also, watch our for the timeshare sales around the lobby area. We didn’t like that.

We loved our stay here! The staff were wonderful and all the daily activities were so fun! Wait time for food was to be expected for a resort but it was delicious and they were so accommodating and knowledgeable about our allergies. It was very nice to be able to walk to the Blanco to have other restaurant options. The beach and pool chairs were great and although it got a little busy, it wasn’t ever too crazy. Pretty quiet and peaceful overall! The rooms were gorgeous, beds were comfortable, and we loved every minute of our stay!
